+ 2 moreThe job went very well. These people are very knowledgeable, fast, and do things correctly, not to just get the job done. If something is not correct as they are working .... they fix it no questions asked. I have hired Pops multiple times to do maintenance and paint at my home. I would hire nobody else to do work at my home.
Description of Work: • Paint or stain the garage doors • Paint the interior of the garage • Railing on steps going from garage to house • Paint the front door (interior and exterior) • Storm Door on Front Door • Paint Shutters around front window • Replace Ceiling Fan on Deck • Install Ceiling fan in TV Room • Fix ceiling crack in Master Bedroom • New weather strip on the bottom of the door going to the deck.

+ 2 moreThese people do excellent work. They painted two bedrooms two baths, hallway, and a large living room in my house in 1-1/2 days with no messes. They clean up after themselves and you don't know they have been there, except for their excellent work. They are courteous, friendly, prompt and the price is affordable. I would defiantly have POP's do work for me again.
Description of Work: Painting inside and out, staining two decks, installing a drain for driveway.

+ 2 morePops Home Maintenance has done work for us at different times in the past five years, they are on time, do the work, are helpful and courteous.
Description of Work: Power washed, treated for algae, back of house and screened in porch metal spiral stairs ( three story house in back) Power washed driveway and sidewalk. Painted shutters (two story house in front). Painted front door, side rails on stairs. Adjusted front door and lock to close.

+ -1 moreThe crew arrived about 8:00 in the morning and were done by 4:00 that evening with the deck. They came back the next morning and fixed the floor on the porch. The Owner, Bill Bratton came by regularly and helped, but the crew know what to do. I am very pleased with the company's efficiency, expediency and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I had a 8 X 12 deck built on the side of my house. They removed and hauled off my old steps and repaired my floor on my back porch, provided plans and permits.
