LIMING CONCRETE

I highly recommend Liming Concrete, for any concrete jobs, they gave us fair pricing, the guys in this crew had very good communication skills, very polite and professional. The rain was a factor and they told us the plan and layed out the plan and finished the plan as promised. Very good listeners and Our driveway, patio and sidewalk turned out perfect. The crew was well trained and hard working and a delightful group of guys with excellent team work. They were always respectful to each other and to us at all times. In my opinion Liming Concrete is the best Concrete Company in our area and our go to for all our concrete needs in the future..... Thank you Don Liming and Company. Horrible Experience, The day of they decided they didn't think we needed to do a french drain even though that is what we asked for and were quoted for. They also reported the job was bigger then the thought and it was going to be more then what they quoted

Crew showed up on time. Put in a long second day to finish. Site was left clean. Would use again and also highly recommend.

i've used Liming 3 times over the last 10 years. New Home and Barn. Happy with the outcome each time.

Overall good, but there was a slight variation in the original design, which was not expected.

Unfortunately, Mr. Liming is having personal problems of some kind. I set up 3 different appointments with him and each time he was unable to show up, either not calling or letting me know at the last minute. Mr. Liming did not respect that I made time to be home for each of these appointments. Based on this experience, I did not feel that Mr. Liming was currently capable of doing the job I needed.

he looked at the driveway, he said it was normal wear and tear, he said that i didn't need service for another 20 years, had him look at my patio, said the same thing. he was very nice about it. he was very honest. i would recommend this man anytime any day. honesty is hard to find.

Don did a great job overall, I was really impressed how quickly and carefully he was able to remove the old sidewalk and steps in under 15 minutes with out touching a tree that was very close to the sidewalk. He did exactly what I paid him to do...I was little sad when I came home after the job was complete and the porch of course was much higher (expected) but no back fill was added around the new poor (again this was not part of the bid) I just wish they could of left it looking a little more complete or just raked some fill back in around the porch. I would definitely would rehire again and for those who are getting ready to have a new sidewalk pored don't forget to run an electrical pipe under the new pore for wiring of landscaping lights and drainage pipe 4" from the down spouts. .

Called them on Monday and the guy said he'd come give us an estimate in Thursday, I said 1:00 would be best if possible. He said he would call first. I never got a call and thought maybe he would just show up but he never showed up. If you can't come give an estimate when promised I don't think the work would be done as promised either. Moved onto someone else that proved more reliable at this point.

Initially we met with Don Liming in the early spring of 2014 to get a bid on our patio project. We were repalcing an old patio, more-than-likely original to our 1968 home. Don's prices were similar to the other bids we received, but I felt very comfortable in discussing our plans with Don. We knew up-front there would be a delay in Don getting to our project and the spring weather was not very conducive to our outside project, so the project was delayed until the first part of August. Don kept in touch with us the entire time - both leading up to the project and during the installation. He worked with us in selecting the color we wanted and did a good job of explaining the steps in the project. Because of the slope in our back yard, we had a lot of questions on exactly how the patio should be installed. We eventually followed Don's advice - - and we're glad we did! Don worked personally on the project from beginning to end, including running the backhoe to tear up the old patio. The new patio turned out great and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely use Liming Concrete on future projects.

Once all the rain passed he did the work and gone within the week. The workers were friendly and very good at what they do. Would recommend. Very happy with completed project.

N/a no work done

For several years now, our garage floor has been settling. It was to the point that we had a 4and quot; gap under the garage door when it was closed, along with a plethora of cracks and uneven sections. The existing concrete was removed in about 5 hours. The new garage floor was set up and poured the following day. Their were also two sections of the driveway that needed taken out and redone. Don Liming and his crew of men were exceptional. Their manner of professionalism and hard work ethic have made my garage my new favorite place to be. It is so nice to know that my garage door closes to the ground and when I pull my car into the garage I no longer feel the car inch down and back up again. Plus, no one will twist an ankle when they walk on it. In addition to the wonderful looking garage floor I now have. I was impressed by Liming Concrete's manner in cleaning up the and quot;messand quot;. When the job was complete there was absolutely no trace of work having been done. They were thorough and diligent in the job they did. They work very hard. It cannot be easy to be bending and kneeling all day long. I am so impressed and extremely happy with the work they did. Lastly, my husband and I knew that having an existing garage floor taken out and redone would drain the pocketbook. So we were very thorough in our search for a concrete company to do the job. We had 5 estimates ranging from $4800 to $1900. We wanted a reputable company to complete the job and that's what we got with Liming Concrete. We will definitely use Liming Concrete again. We hope to have them do a stamped concrete porch in the near future.

Crew showed up on time and was professional and respectful. Don was helpful to explain the many questions that I had and overall easy to work with. Yard was in place so there was impact to the grass but I felt that it was minimal considering that all the concrete had to be transported to work area via bobcat. Price was a little bit more than others but after seeing sample work and researching Liming's methods versus others I felt extra was money well spent for quality.

Don Liming of Liming concrete was called for a quote (twice) and never once returned the call. I would not recommend him

Their crew was nice and really knew what they were doing. They kept us on schedule and their price was reasonable for the quality of work. I threw them a few curve balls when they had finished the apron. I told them that I would like it to be a little larger and they were able to fix it. They are very accomodating.

He gave us a bid and agreed to do it exactly how we wanted, but he never showed up. We called him repatedly over the next two months and he kept giving us excuses on why he was being delayed. Infact he never actually called us we always had to call him to hear his excuses. He seemed like a nice guy, but aparrently he either under bid the job or just didn't want our business. Either way after accepting his bid he never came to do the job I would not recomend him as a reliable contractor!

Called and scheduled a time for Don (owner) to come and bid which he did and once we let him know we wanted them to do the work he said they would start in a bout 1 -2 weeks based on weather. They came out and did the work. Overall he was good when it came to communicating to us what was going on and did a beautiful job.
