Draper Plumbing

Draper Plumbing came highly recommended, but because of carelessness and poor communication on charges, we will not use their services again. His employee dropped a tool which chipped our new toilet. He also left a mess of dirt and metal pieces on the floor and discarded salt from the old water softener in our tub. The toilet was replaced, but I had to clean up the mess left behind. Recently, our water didn't have its softened feel. I called Mr. Draper to get his advice and asked if I should have a local company run a free test on the water first. He said that his employee could run the same test when he checked the system. After I asked about the cost, he said not to worry about that now, that we should find out what was going on first and discuss it later. His words indicated to me that this was a free assessment of the problem, and I assumed any expenses would be part of fixing the issue. The employee looked in the tank, tested the water, and said the system was working fine. He charged us $65, an expense I was trying to avoid when I asked about taking a sample to be tested first. Mr. Draper should have explained how the system would be checked (a water test) and clear about the cost. In addition, rather than having a card reader to take our payment, the employee wrote down all of my credit card information including the security code on the receipt. Depending on how the receipt was handled, this may be against PCI guidelines which are in place to protect customer credit card information, and it certainly puts it at risk of being misused if it is left out for others to see.

I have to say this is some of the best customer service I have ever had. Brandon and Kyle were very understanding and were wonderful. They got to the plumbing issue very quickly and professionally. Tim was very calming on the phone when I first talked with him. Which was nice because I was a little upset. My experience was awesome! I hope I won't need to call a plumber for a long time but when I do I will call this company!

Arrival for installation of new water heater was prompt and at the time promised. Installation was completed promptly and any debris left over from the install was cleaned up. The old hot water heater was removed. Workman were very polite, efficient and professional.

They replaced the heating elements in both hot water heaters under warranty and replaced the thermostats as well. The details about the job and and the steps that were taken were clearly explained to me. They remained in contact after the repairs to ensure all was working well.

Came after hours, did an excellent job. Very professional.

Tim did an outstanding job. He was punctual, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Tim spent a lot of time going over how the system works and explained what our expectations should be. We have used Tim Draper as our plumber for approx 8 years. He is professional, always prepared, reasonable, does excellent work and is HONEST. He is careful with the areas surrounding the work area, not messy and leaves things in good shape after completion of his work. I highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs and will continue to use and refer Tim in the future.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink and could not find the source. Tim Draper was prompt, professional and was able to isolate our problems (more than one small leaks in the same general area). He also installed a handicap accessible faucet on the outside of our home.

Everything was fine and did a good job at a fair price. He was very honest and punctual.

The job was done quickly and professionally. The old sewer line was filled with tree roots about 80% clogged. Tim Draper gave us an estimate and in short order the job was finished. I highly recommend Draper plumbing.
