My only complaint was the time it took for them to get back to me about getting a quote. I had to call four times before I received a response. After that the process was smooth and professional. The salesman that gave the quote was a bit of a fast talker but was responsive when asked questions. The man that came and measured the garage and brought the samples was very professional and was early for the appointment. The crew that did the install were on time and completed the work in a timely manner. The job was expensive, but that is expected with a high quality product.

SCOTT MARTIN did show up ontime to my house for a quote for Siding. He wasn't receptive to my questions. I inquired about alternatives for the attic venting coverage and he discouraged my ideas. Seemed bothered when I asked about the venting of the soffits. And I noticed a significant change of attitude when I suggested he lay out his samples on my front porch with adequate sitting/viewing area rather than dragging it all into my house (I had a teenager asleep and didn't want to bother her). While he measured I looked at samples and colors. Scott presented me with a bid quote page with 2 prices circled - one for siding w/gutters and one w/o gutters. NO SPECIFICS ABOUT SIDING APPLICATION, WHAT THEY WOULD DO, WOULDN'T DO, MATERIALS, SPECIFICS TO VENTING OR ANYTHING. A blank page. So I asked if I would be provided the measurements/specifications, materials, specific areas of concern, details of venting for attic, etc and was told that detail was in HIS notes. I then noticed on the blank quote that my name was misspelled and made the comment to which he replied "Oh, you want me to fix that?" I replied I thought he might want the correct spelling of his customer. No response. He packed up his samples, never discussing them with me... I thanked him for his time and he then asked what all I was considering and I told him I had just begun the process and would consider everyone - his reply "Well you'll sure be busy." At this point, I had it. I then decided he was an arrogant jerk! I would NEVER consider doing business with him, his company he so awfully represented nor would I ever refer anyone to call him - and why I felt it worthy of providing my feedback of experience here.

They did an excellent job. We would call them again when we decide to replace the windows. They were prompt and on time. They answered our questions so we could understand. They were helpful. It only took between 3-5 days to do the work. They were honest and pleasant to be around. You get what you pay for.
