A Woman's Touch

I had a conversation with Amy, who is listed as the company owner on the site, about a week or two before our appointment. We discussed the strategy of both cleaning and organization - she was bringing someone in to clean as well. The afternoon before our appointment, she left a message on my voicemail that said that she couldn't make it because her child was sick, but I should call the REAL owner of the company who would be happy to find someone to replace her. She said she had given some but not all of my info to her. Of course, she called when I was at work, so I didn't get the message until late in the evening, and it was way too late to call this and quot;ownerand quot;. First, I was irritated that she misled me to believe this was her company when it wasn't. Secondly, the owner of the company should have called me and taken control of the situation then and sent people on time the next day. Not make ME call her!!! I obviously didn't want to call someone late in the evening that I didn't know. More than anything, Amy's story about some other owner sounded fishy to me. I don't do business with people I don't trust to tell me the truth or to take responsibility for their part by putting themselves in the customer's shoes and trying to be accommodating.

They quoted me $75 for two hours, it actually took 3 hours, which was $100. They did a great job cleaning the house. I was most concerned about my kitchen floor, and they got it cleaner than it has been for over 20 years. They had me inspect everything before they left to make sure it met my expectations.
