It went well both times. Rich knew what needed to be done and talked us through how he was going to do it. He was timely, he showed up when he said and finished on time. Electrical work is no place to cut corners so I was pleased with his thoroughness.

GREAT!!! Rich responded to my call promptly and we scheduled a time for him to come. I caused his a wasted trip because I gave him the wrong (way wrong) ceiling height and he didn't have the right ladder. He was VERY nice about it and simply came out again the next day with the right ladder and fixed the fans to where they are working perfectly. What's more, he got both fans working off the same remote (which can be a bit tricky). R.T. will be our "go to" for future electrical work.

I thought I might have had an electrical issue with our connection to the dock. When he arrived, he pointed out some things that weren't not up to code. He corrected those things and replaced the lights on our steps. Most importantly, he was true to his bid, he was there when he said he would and he was concerned about doing the job right. I believe a good electrician is always a good value and RT Electric is a good value.

Rich has been our go to man many times. You call and he shows up on time, is reasonable and quality of work is excellent or we would not have him back. There are no DON''TS.
