Picks Gallery just finished performing maintenance on our gas fireplace. We scheduled the appointment a couple weeks ago. We were notified when they were on their way and they arrived exactly on time. Our technician, Patrick, was very friendly and professional. Not only did he do a great job with the fireplace but also took the time to share helpful tips on operating and maintaining it. The work area was perfectly cleaned when he finished and our fireplace looks better than ever. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new fireplace or needs one maintained.

It took over 2 weeks to get service because of office foul up. Tech came out and tried to say the a.,c., power was bad. I had to prepay for service which I have never had to do before. They charged my credit card for work and the unit still doesn't work. I've tried to contact them and all I get is a run around. I don't know how a place like Pick's could stay in business treating customers like they did me, after all I bought the unit from them.

Here's a timeline of project; August 10th; payed half down on the project; we were told they would start in 2 -3 weeks and be done in one week with the entire project. Sometime mid October they finally started the project The fireplace and flue were installed in two days It took almost two weeks to get the drywall and tv mount done correctly We got in the middle of finger pointing between Picks and the stone installer; had to wait 3 more weeks for stone to be installed Here we are November 12th and the project is still not done but yet they sent me an invoice for the remaining balance. Needless to say, I won't be paying this invoice until the entire project is completed.

The contractor, Plastermaster, showed up when he said he would and the weather was so cold, I did not expect he would be able to work daily. After they removed the old siding as part of the bid and put on the stainless mesh, they applied an original masonry coat and let it dry 2-3 days. They then came back and put up portable scaffolding and large sheets of plastic from the roof to ground and set a kerosene heater in the "tent" and worked every workday for a couple weeks until they finished. The heater ran at nights also so the mortar wouldn't freeze. The contractor, Tom from Plastermaster, was a very congenial sort and an extremely hard working individual as were the other workers. I had paid for the whole job upfront in exchange for a small discount and Picks in turn basically oversaw the job and made payouts to the contractor and made sure we were satisfied before final payment. We were very satisfied and the arrangement of Picks as a sort of "general contractor' worked out very well. I had not previously done any business this way, but found out I liked it fine. We were very happy with Picks and Plastermaster both and job looks great and is a complement to our otherwise brick home. Happy campers.

The entire process went very smoothly. Their supplier had shipped the wrong marble front for the fireplace and that was the only delay. Everything from the original start of decision to purchase a gas fireplace moved like clockwork. Darin Bricker(Sales Manager) was extremely knowledgeable of the products they carry and able to explain anything about the units. He sent an installer to the house to be sure the unit would work for us and to let us know what the install would consist of and also made a list of everything it would take for the install. The installer who came to our house was Rich Mades and I could immediately tell he knew exactly what he was doing as he exuded complete confidence and knowledge of his work. The sale was made and we paid for the unit up front and the unit was then ordered and installed in about two weeks. Rich Mades and Mke Mades were the installers for the fireplace and all gas lines to the outside of the home. Their work was and is spotless and they kept cleaned up after themselves immaculately by constant use of a vacuum. Rich also came back and lit and adjusted the burners after I had a 500 gallon propane tank installed. As I had said earlier their supplier had shipped the wrong marble and installer Joe Burgess came back just today and installed the marble front surround. He was an extremely confident and capable installer just as Rich and Mike were. As far as I'm concerned the whole installation is a beautiful piece of work and the fireplace itself really does set the house off. Actually, I wish they handled a larger line consisting of appliances, water heaters, etc as there is a lot of pride in their installs and as we get older or don't have the knowledge necessary to do installs, they would be a great source. I am going back there this week as I've been looking for a siding material that won't mold or mildew to put on the north side of my house. They think they may have exactly what I need and they do install also. I am a very satisfied customer.

It turned out just fine. About a year later, we had some problems. It turned out not being their problem but they still came out and took a look at it. We were pleased with their service.

We've been more than satisfied with what they've done. They are very responsive to us and we are very comfortable with what they did.

We called Picks Gallery and DJ came to our house within a day to check out the availability for a insert. He showed us a couple of styles that would fit and gave us prices, etc. We called back the next day and told him our choice and scheduled a time to get the work done. The installers arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the installation of the fireplace insert in a professional manner. They were careful not to make a mess and left the house as it was found. We will definitely call Picks Gallery again if we ever need any of their services.

They are extremely knowledgeable. They were very careful about making sure they covered things so it didn’t get dirty or damaged. They are very friendly and the service was fantastic. They made a suggestion on the face of the fireplace and it looks beautiful. I highly recommend them and I've already recommended them to others.

They did excellent work.

The project was seamless. They set and met the appointment for installation, were efficient, and cleaned up after installation. A quick, painless installation from beginning to end! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!
