Chuck came on the dot, when he said he would, carried in all equipment and started to work. He put up sheeting to protect the surrounding areas and brought all his own lighting ( in case it was a cloudy day) He thought it might take 2 days to do (as we have a lot of area) but stayed until he finished. It was a long day for him, but he didn't want us to be without our sink any longer than necessary. Cleaned up the area and we got a fine job! It's the second time in eleven years we've called Chuck. (our kitchen takes a lot of abuse) and we'll call him every time for this service. He's pleasant, knowledgable and we'd recommend him to everyone.

Arrived exactly as promised time wise. Very careful with my house. covered carpet. put up drape around countertop to keep everything off carpet, cabinets, etc. Took about 1 hr and a half. Had estimated 2 hrs. Very polite, and a pleasure to have in my home. Not to chatty, just right. Went about his work as I wrapped Xmas presents in another room. Cleaned everything up. Explained what to use to polish and what not to use. Left me smiling and with the assurance that if I needed anything, just give him a call.

Extremely professional. Excellent call back time on phone messages. Very accommodating to schedule. Said they would be here at 8:30 and that is exactly when our door bell rang. Worked hard all day and went above and beyond to make it perfect. Neat. Clean. Respected our home as their own. They spent a ton of time prepping and protecting our stuff. They left our home better than they found it. Words do not express how satisfied we are with this company. We highly recommend them. Over 35 years at the lake, this is one, if not the best company we have ever hired. Thank you

Chuck Hunley and Natural Stone Care and Restoration were outstanding. This company said what they could do to polish and seal our lower level concrete floor and repair a granite table top. They completed what they stated they would do and the results are simply excellent. I would strongly recommend this reliable company if you are interested in granite repair/refinishing or concrete floor polishing and refinishing.

They came into my apartment and cleaned the floor, and they put a sealer on the floor tiles and I have people in there they would fall in case it gets wet. It looks really nice. I have been happy with them. The owner Chuck Hunley is very sincere, does not seem to be intimidating, soft spoken and he guarantees his work so opposed to a lot of people. If one is not satisfied he will come out and make it right. As far as being on time, that is also a bad thing out here, people tell you they will be here and they don't show up, don't even call you to tell you that they are not coming so you spend a lot of time waiting and then being dissatisfied. I find his price is very fair. Overall I was very satisfied with them. I will use them again.

They came and looked at the job and told us what it would cost. We agreed on a date, and they came on the day and time scheduled. They paid special attention to making sure the area they were working on was kept neat and tidy, as well as laid down drop clothes to step on as not to ruin what they were not working on. If we saw something that concerned us, we pointed it out and they were more than happy to take care of it for us. They aim to please. A real joy to have conscience workers pay attention to detail and not have an attitude. Highly recommended!
