THEY tore out my Distrabution box.. then spent a whole day trying to up sale me ..never finished job..cashed my $15,610.67 3 checks cash did not complete job as promised ..,would not come back only concerned about review...More than 2 times .never got any receipt..told Them i had med.issues could not see the PAD OR TABLET they used signed 5 times never got anything form the technician...there is so much more ..but this is the main THING...NEVER FINISHED THE WORK THEY PROMISED AND PAID FOR.....USED A POST FROM A FAMILY MEMBER NOT DONE BY ME TO SAY I WAS SATISFIED, READ IT FROM KAYLA..NOT ME

We were impressed they would travel to Lebanon, MO. They did an assessment of the Duct Cleaning and installation of a, iWave-R and gave us fair quote. Arrived promptly on the day of service. Explained what was to be done, approximate amount of time needed and it was all as stated. I was also appreciate of the assistance given to move a two larger items from under the vents. Would resoundingly recommend!

Tim did a great job! He showed up 3 hours after I called at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning! My clog that shut down my kitchen and a Jack and Jill bathroom was cleared with a 3 year guarantee and my guests were not inconvenienced more than a few hours. Thank you.

The job is complete and facilities are working. The job took longer than quoted and the price increased significantly by the end. Not all â techsâ are experts so be sure to ask specifically for a tech in the area you need (HAVC, plumbing, etc.). All calls are answered, but updated information isnâ t always provided. Most appointments were kept. Employees are very friendly and professional.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB.

Our overall experience with Honest Abes for our HVAC replacement went quite well. Equipment, techs, timing was all 5 star. My 4 star rating is for the contractor not providing the manufacturers warranty info. Honest Abes provided thier warranty but l wanted all the warranty info. I went to Goodmans site, entered all serial numbers and received all my data related to our HVAC system. It even list the built date of each item. If Honest Abes starts leaving the manufacturers warratny with their installs, l believe most customers would be more satisfied.

Called for a tech to do a service check on a system in our home we purchased last year. The came out on a Tuesday. He did a check and stated our AC system was nearly empty of freon. Our unit is 17 yrs old so we opted for a complete new hvac as most other items were new to the home. Friday, same week George came back and did a great job removing and installing our new hvac. Pricing was fair and the service was great. Hoping for many yrs of use. Timing and service were 5 stars. I would not hesitate to recommend Honest Abes co to anyone needing service. George Coy was so professional. He installed a water de-scaler for me. He explained all options, had me watch a video that explained the product and was very patient with all of my questions! Very polite and friendly... Ask for him if you need service. Very knowledgeable!

From the initial call back through finishing the project this was a great experience! Flexible, great communications and follow up. William, our technician was the best. Honest Abe's is always responsive and timely. A rarity in this particular market. If you don't want the headache of hoping someone shows up, then go with these guys. Work was good. Could have done better with aesthetics. Some of the work looked DIY rather than professional, but it is solid. I do not like their pricing at all. Not transparent and higher than I believe is market pricing. Again, the premium of their reliability might be worth it to some. In this case, it was for us.

Great company, just feel their pricing is pretty inflated. They are not transparent on their pricing. However, they show up and get the work done, which is rare in the area.
