I feel l was grossly overcharged!! All he did was install an instant hot water Insinkerator under the corner sink {lots of room to work} He did an excellent job. The work was done on a Monday...Could l have been charged weekend rates? I am sure I should receive a good refund!! Thank you.

I will give them and Shannon a good review all the time. Shannon was very professional and caring. He made sure that the clog was gone before he ever left the house. I was helped with my drain and he was truly understanding to my upset. I got up this morning and did a weeks full of dirty dishes and I have my counters back. Tim was a good salesman. I and my wife believed he was honest and was very knowledgeable of your companyâ s procedures. The tech that arrived the following day to replace the furnace and heat pump was very professional and made me feel like my best interest was what he intended to do. The only thing I would change was though he worked very hard all day he was at my house until almost 9pm and we felt like that was a little late however I was promised it would all be done Friday and thatâ s what was done. The plumber that did the plumbing was very professional and really seemed very knowledgeable. I told him not to worry about taking his shoe cover protection off and on however he did everytime he came back into the house and he was in and out several times. Iâ m very pleased with the work that was done and feel like it was done professional and correctly. I would recommend and will definitely call them back if I ever have and further needs!! Good job guys!!

Expensive for what you get.

Very positive experience with the service and service technician . Price seemed very high. The offer for maintenance plans was not my favorite either.

I have had a difficult time trying to get plumbers in the area. Honest Abeâ s was referred to me through Hime Advisor. From the first phone call Honest Abeâ s has been great, on time, performed quality work and was very pleasant to work with throughout the process. Im definitely pleased with their service and I will use them for future needs.

Work was performed quickly. Leak was identified very quickly and leaking part was replaced very fast. Only negative was that they did not call to say the job was taking longer than expected and that they would be a couple hours later than promised.

JT fixed the sink. He took his time and was very careful and explained everything as he went. We appreciated him coming over on a Saturday. He had to explain himself 3 times to all 3 of us here. Thank you very much

First of all, it's very difficult to get timely service at the Lake. I was pleasantly surprised when Donna in the office could book service a couple of days out. My new water closets arrived early so I called back and Josh Pritchett was available to come the same afternoon. When Josh I added projects to the list. He gave me an immediate estimate, I accepted and he began work. Josh hustles and works HARD. There were obstacles (as always with jobs in older houses) and he took care of them without complaint or excuses. He was very accommodating and made sure I was happy before presenting the invoice.

All was good except the pricing. The plumber did a great job. When he initially called back to the office for a price it was excessive. The price was reduced if I removed the toilet. The final cost was more than other quotes I received after the job was completed. But the work was done promptly and the plumber was friendly.

During the snow storm, February 2022, my furnace went out. I talked to Donna who arranged for Reggie to come out within just a couple of hours. I live in a very rural area and the roads had not yet been sanded or cleared. When he got to a very steep hill, his van would not make it and so HE WALKED. That's right. Rather than leave me without heat, Reggie WALKED at least two miles. In the snow. Freezing cold. I believe that most companies would have turned around and gone back to town. I see the negative reviews but they're more than 3 years old. I've used Honest Abe's for a while now and have always been happy with the work that Kody did and now I'm recommending Reggie as well. I'll continue to use them.

George and Reggie are the best. They did my quarterly inspection and as always, very pleasant. Kody had to make an appearance also. You won't find a better group of guys anywhere at the lake. They are the best. Very professional, on time, and as courteous as can be. Always respectful of your home. I would trust these guys in my home whether I am here or not. They are the best!!!!!!
