They are extremely high priced in my opinion.

The work done was good and the technician was very friendly. My only complaint was the cost. I would shop around if I lived at the location but I didn’t have the luxury in my circumstances. I had taken a day off work and was 200 miles from home at my vacation home. I needed the work done in order to complete my project so I paid the price.

I called and they fit me in the same day even though they had a full schedule. Very efficient and done right the first time. Excellent customer service and technician service. I thought price was a little expensive compared to what I am used to, but in today's economy everything has went up. So it is what it is.

He told us we needed a new a/c unit, but the only thing wrong was the condenser wire was broken. He also charged us $100.00 for his bad advice.

The drain didn't drain so I bought a hand snake and cleared the clog which would have been another $200 on top of the $300 I paid for p-trap repair. Not a happy customer.

Our technician was wonderful; very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Best job we've had done here at the lake. I was also impressed with the owner as well based on conversations I had with him. Job well done! Great company. Will definitely use them again.

No Hot water. Needed a thermocoupler. Made an appointment for Friday online, called the company and they moved the appointment up to Thursday. They called me back and said a tech finished early and was available. He came and fixed the water heater Wednesday evening. Friendly, professional and very prompt. Price reasonable for the time it took. I would call them again.

The job turned out to be much more than expected but the job was done well and on time. We were informed before the work was done what the cost would be. The technician was very courteous and went over and above to get the job done.

Technician was very competent and friendly. I would give him an A+. The project was a little more costly than anticipated, but I was pleased with the result. I have recommended Home Advisor to friends.
