We had a good experience We had a good experience ! A heat pump & furnace was installed in a timely manner, professional , great clean up.

Name should be Dishonest Abe. I was told the service all was $49 and any parts would be included unless it was over the service call price. When they got here(during normal business hours) they tried to sell me a service contract. I said no. They determined the toilet seat was not sealed correctly. Replaced the wax ring under toilet. Total cost was $382. Not sure how we got from $49 to $382. Invoice has no details. Just 1 line item for $382. No explanation. I had to call them the next day to even get an invoice. I asked the receptionist for the owner to call me and explain the invoice and costs. Nothing yet. It has been over a week.

Very professional ,prepared, exactly what I needed. System replaced with excellent recommendation water quality recognized within hours of installation !!!!!

The men were personable, prompt and used their time appropriately. We would have them back without a doubt.

Just a funny story. Honest Abe's is in Missouri. I ask the guy, "Isn't Abe from Illinois? (President Lincoln, right)." He answers me super seriously, "Yeah, do you know him?" What? How old do I look buddy? Haha. Turns out this Abe moved to Missouri from Chicago and started this business! I've told this story a thousand times since then!

We had an emergency water main break that had a number of complications. Great communication throughout, got my approval before any unplanned efforts, really quick to respond. Highly recommend.

The technician quoted me $500 to remove a condensation line clog which shocked me so I tried to turn him away. He told me it was still going to cost $75 for driving out. I asked if he even had tools in his truck because he must be making a killing in service fees and told him to take me to court for the fee. He said that he did not want to leave and for me to still have a clog and walked outside to call his boss. He comes back in with a new quote of $200 but the work would carry no guarantee. I laughed a little thinking another clog would not happen and accepted the offer. I show him into my garage door and then walked over to my neighbors house for a few minutes. As I was walking back to my house the service truck door slams and the tech drives away. I walk inside and my wife said the drain was unclogged and she paid them. I walk downstairs to find the drain just as I left it, clogged. I called Honest Abes front desk again and entered a heated conversation about the work not being complete. The person was talking in circles about how the work was not guaranteed as if the drain was unclogged and then clogged again and how my wife inspected the work and how the tech took pictures showing the work was done. I asked what the procedure is to verify clog removal and he said to flush the line, I asked if there was a picture of that and that is when he told me we are not going to agree on anything and I hung up. I want my $200 back from these liars.

We asked the plumber about what we thought was water running in the walls. He said it was just air. We called another plumbing company and he immediately identified it as a broken pipe. He shut off the water, cut the sheet rock and fixed the problem.

It took much longer than 48 hours to get my results and they do push other services they provide but I suppose that’s just good business. All in all, a positive experience.

The plumber arrived on time and found the problem very quickly but it took hours for the other guy to come out with the part that he needed. It cost me a fortune but we mostly just waited around.

The technician who came to test was great and would definitely recommend him again. However I gave them a low rating because they still have not called to go over the results with me and it has been over two weeks.

Completely satisfied after some glitches were fixed.

The actual service call was great. Service tech was courteous, proficient and deserves five stars. The digital communication was chaotic overkill and left a lot to be desired. E-mails confirmed appointments over two days and four different itimes......repeatedly! A phone call with a live person finally got it straightened out. Too much cyber!

Great people to work with.

Looked at Home Advisor but didn't call because schedule said couldn't come for 2 days and needed someone asap. They called me even though it was 9 PM. Came next morning at 8 am. Very satisfied. Told us upfront what cost would be.
