Abrahm Mayo (Honest Abe) is a punctual man. He was at my house at the agreed time even though I gave him less than clear directions to the job site. I explained to him what I wanted. He presented me a with a list of options/prices. I picked one and he went straight to work. Mr. Mayo did more than just replace the external faucet. He provided a base for the faucet where none existed...at no charge. To me that's exceptlional service! I strongly recommend Honest Abe's Home Services to anyone in their service area with heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

polite,very friendly and punctual. Finished the work as he said he would. I would use him again on another plumbing job. So far we are very happy with his demeanor. He deserves the five star rattings.

Very timely response and follow through to set a date to replace our hot water heater. Put in the extra effort (and time, on a Sunday) to make sure the job was done properly. Cleaned up entire area and carted away all debris. Took the time to explain the work that had been done. Said he'll check back with us to make sure all is working. Definitely would recommend!

Abe showed up! He did not leave except to get parts until the job was done. When he did leave to get parts he came back. He did a good job. I would recommend him to anyone. I took some of his cards and will hand them out to my friends and neighbors here at the lake.

I've hired a lot of handymen at the lake but Abe is by far the best. First, he's responsive. I had a plumbing leak and he was there in less than 24 hrs. 2nd, he insisted on writing up the cost and labor prior to the work and had me review the bill and sign approval. That protected me and him. 3rd, he took the time to show me progress AND explain parts that were more better tech and newer than what was originally installed. He is insured and warranties his work and had an instant email receipt for me. He also took great strides to clean up.

Amazing customer support from start to finish! Always felt informed and never felt like a burden. Even though I may have asked 100 questions they were never annoyed but always asked me if I completely understood! Hands down the best company around!
