+ -1 moreLarge areas of dead sod and a few dead shrubs. Irrigation had leak in one of 2 exposed lines, repaired leak but did not re-bury lines. Irrigation spouts installed crooked. Entire yard is bumpy. We have been waiting for someone from Heartland to return our requests but have heard nothing....since last summer! Our contractor has contacted them, they have said they will call us.....nothing. The entire yard now needs power raking, top soil added to re-level, then reseeded and mulched. I guess we will have to have this done at our expence.....original owner/developer chose this company....I guess he got what he paid for! We will definately not recommend this company nor use them again.
Description of Work: Installed all sod, irrigation and landscaping at our new home.
