Everything went as promised with no issues. Great to work with since we live out of town. They even sent pictures of the completed project when finished.

We’re at my house in 2 hours! Unbelievable at the lake of the Ozarks! We were on the dock enjoying the day called them and they showed up in 2 hours and fixed the problem!! Bravo Elite!

The installation was done on time and cleanup was exceptional.

They were great. The quality of work was great. They cleaned up afterwards. It was perfect; I couldn't find any nails, no parts of shingles or debris. The staffs are friendly. They gave me a written questionnaire to the work that they did and I gave them good marks because I couldn't find anything wrong.

During the sale of our home, the buyer's inspection report indicated a leak on our roof. We contacted Elite for a bid proposal to fix the leak. They responded promptly and fixed the leak in a matter of days. They were professional, courteous and very friendly. This is the second time we have used their services and could not have been more pleased. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a roof replacement or repair. They will be the first people we would call if we would ever need more work done.

This job was to correct another contractors work. It took them some time to get out to do the job, but other than that they did a very professional job, the job was completed same day, no leaks and looks great.

Probably not the cheapest, but this company provided what appears to be quality work. If I have leaks in the near future I will update the review with Elite's response. Do to the high demand for their services, they told me they could not get to me for two months, maybe longer if weather was bad. They showed within a week of when expected, pretty good considering the long lead time. The roofing crew was efficient, professional, and very hard working. The finished product looks good. They use quality materials and appear to use current construction methods.

Very professional and punctual. Worked all day with only a short break. The team of workers knew their job and did it efficiently and safely. Added flashing where there was no flashing previously. The new roof hasn't leaked at all and it looks great. We are very happy with the quality of work they performed.

I contacted the owner Jason Sherrow regarding a roof leak found during remodel of bathroom and he arrived at my home the same day to personally check the roof and the areas where leaks were discovered. He later even reviewed the paperwork from my insurance company and found they had failed to consider chimney flashing and a ridge roof vent in the cost estimate for roof replacement.. He worked with the adjuster and even e mailed him photos of my home to show this error. This saved me several phone calls to the adjuster and the frustration of dealing with insurance company myself.This was greatly appreciated. We chose the shingles for our roof using samples provided to use to compare at home. This made choosing a color much easier. Also want to say that another company in area told me there was a 4-6 week time frame for them to begin the work on my roof. Jason had workers at my home the next week and the roof was completed ( shingles removed and roofing replaced) in one day. The worker knocked on my door the morning they were scheduled to be there and then they went to work and roof was complete by the afternoon. I had asked workers if they could save the drip edge and other metal for me to recycle. When the job was completed they not only did so but placed it neatly in an area for me to load in my truck to take for recycling(even removed the nails from the drip edge for me). They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I was impressed by the crew being very professional and polite. Jason also stopped by the site that day to make sure all materials had been properly delivered. When he noted all the shingles had not been delivered he went to pick them up and helped to raise them up to the roof. The guttering and downspouts were done on another day the next week . The crew was again prompt and completed the work quickly. The quality was great. Jason answered all questions I had throughout the job pleasantly and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I would recommend Elite Roofing and Siding to anyone in the area needing roofing or gutter work.

Was very nice. Talked to us about all the details including different prices for just a patch job, full roofing and the nicer shingles. Said there was hail and wind damage but didn't put it on the estimate. When I called him and asked about it he said he would rewrite the estimate and e-mail it to us but all he did was write it on the existing estimate and e-mailed that to us. It looked like we wrote it in and there is no way I'm going to take that to the insurance company.

The crew at Elite Roofing gave me an estimate for repairing my damaged roof that was the result of a bad install from a prior company. The roof had already leaked in several places so Elite Roofing did an outstanding job getting me into their schedule as quickly as possible. They were also very understandable about my budget issues and worked with me to get a great looking roof at an affordable cost. Being a St. Louis native, I have been reluctant to trust new "professionals" in the Lake of the Ozarks area simply because we don't know anyone.... Well, now I know who to recommend in the roofing industry!! With the storms of recent, our gutter and fascia board separated from our house and needed to be fixed. We were referred to Elite Roofing & Siding by our Realtor who said they did awesome work. From the initial phone call to the in-person service, I had the pleasure of working with Matt, Darren & Daryl. When you can't reach one, the other swiftly stepped-in and provided excellent customer service! In regard to the actual repair, I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome! Daryl is a professional by nature. His overall skill and efficiency was illustrated within minutes of being on our roof. Within no time, our house was restored and Daryl was on to the next! Very helpful and VERY affordable! We are sure to recommend!!

Jason Sherrow personally oversaw the job from helping us work with the insurance company and our mortgage company through completion of the job. The job was completed in a profesional workmanlike manner and his crew of workers was very friendly and efficient. Once completed, all debris was cleaned up and removed. Jason personally followed up afterwords to make sure everything was satisfactory and we were happy with the job. I would highly recommend his company for any of your roofing/siding needs. I have always believed that knocking your competition is not a good source of obtaining business. Actions speak louder than words.

The crew mgr called to inform the time of their arrival, they were very prompt and efficient. They removed all the debris from my property and hauled it of as per agreement. Very happy wit h the ressults, crew very polite. Will use them again as required for any roofing or siding problems

Had a small amount of damage on my roof, had Elite come and assess damage he previewed the roof and the attic to ensure no leaking had occured and advised only cosmetic and would repair for a small fee. Great and easy to work with, even came out on a Saturday. Much appreciated doing business with this company.

We think their Ad said it all. (Who's on your Roof ?) Jason Sherrow and Darrell from Elite Roofing did a great job. They were on time and on budget. Clean up by their installers was the best I've seen and they were very professional. Their installers went out of their way to ensure that all vents and sewer vent pipes were sealed. Jason Sherrow and Darrell from Elite Roofing would be the company that I would call if you need a roof replaced. We were so satisfied that we have contracted them to install new siding and window's. Quality doesn't have to be expensive. Call them. You will be glad you did!!!!!!!!

I called Elite Roofing and Siding to get a second bid for a new roof and some siding that was damaged by hail. The first company provided a bid, and it was actually lower than Elite's - however the owner of Elite came out personally to do his bid and brought his siding manager as well. They actually climbed up on my roof, measured it and found some previously unseen damage to windows and siding. They offered to contact my insurance rep to let her know that there was more damage than she had seen and they got the insurance company to agree to pay for that as well. ALL of this was done without my commitment to use them, they offered to do this before I decided on which company I would use. I indeed decided to use Elite for all the work on my siding, roof, and windows. In the middle of the job, they found out after ripping off my gutters and downspouts that they were too small for the size of my house and were also damaged. They contacted the insurance company again, and got those replaced for me as well. Even worse, after removing the siding from my main living room wall facing the lake (which is full of custom windows) they found the sheeting and framing underneath was completely rotted. They called me out to look at it and offer options to me for repair, and they repaired it and had the new siding on within one day. The roof, siding, gutters, everything was done in a fast manner and the workers were very respectful of me and my property. They cleaned up each evening while they were there working, and when the job was totally completed they came out TWO different times to clean up and make sure there were not any nails lying around my yard, driveway or sidewalks. The owner called me personally right after the job was complete and then again a few weeks later to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. In my opinion, they went far beyond what any other company would to help me get everything repaired and replaced that was damaged, and they did it in a fast, professional manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We live in a group of upscale townhomes that encounted a design and materials defect that resulted in extensive exterior water damage. We asked Jason to come over and assess the damage and come up with repair options. After this visit, our group decided to go with Elite Roofing and Siding for the siding and pillar repair and replacement. We were impressed with their professionalism. They kept the job sites neat and clean and for completing the job as promised. We have used Elite before on roofing jobs. If you need roofing or siding work, I would highly recommend Elite!

When Elite came out to my house to give an estamte we were told are insurance company wouldnt cover near enough to replace are leaky roof. So one of the guys on the team (Daniel Carnahan) and some others came out every day AFTER work for a couple days and replaced it for no charge. Our insure covered the suplies and thats it. Daniel was a blessing to our family! Elite roofing needs to stand out in our community! The time these guys took away from their families to help mine was amazing. And the job the did was outstanding.Elite let the guys use all the power equipment to make the job get done right! I cant say thank you enough! If your looking to get work done these are the guys to do the job!

The description above should let you know how the roofing installation went overall, but just in case it doesn't. The team @ Elite Roofing & Siding did an amazing job, that was finished in a timely manner. They actually finished the job before I expected them to. Jason Sherrow & his team were easy to work with and made the entire project a success!
