There responsiveness was not that good, when they ordered the replacement flooring they did not check to see if it matched the samples they had in hand and shipped us the wrong color. Then they want us to pay for the shipping and restocking fees when it should not have been accepted upon delivery to their store. We also had asked for a quote on a new shower and their pricing was outrageous. It would have cost more per square foot for the shower than it did for the house, and I'm not talking about a little fishing shack either. We ended up protesting the credit card charge to get our money back and had to go through an appeal process to finally get all of our money. All this took about 5 months and nothing got accomplished. This spring we will start all over again but hopefully with a better out come.

The flooring is excellent! Service was wonderful and Jamie was very responsive and helpful in the sales and installation process. The installation went flawlessly, and the installer was fantastic, he did a beautiful job! We are very happy with the outcome.

Master shower floor after 1 month had loose tiles, 16. After multiple requests he finally came out and repaired, then sealed the floor. Apparently floor had never been sealed. After inspecting each shower tile surround along with the back-splash in kitchen, noticed pencil markings on almost every tile....we had to erase/clean each tile. Also reported to Jason, owner/installer of Barefoot floors that entry tile had areas of missing grout. When we re-contacted him his wife said he would not be involved repairing items in our home again. We will definately not be using/referring this company in the future.
