Description of Work: Chad, the owner, was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. The technician was friendly as well. He fixed our AC very quickly. I will definitely be calling them for regular servicing.

+ -1 moreArrived on time, figured out the problem quickly, said we had 2 choices, the blower motor or replace the entire thing for $7,000.00. We decided on the 1st option.
Description of Work: Put in a blower motor and AC was a little low on Freon so he filled it.

+ -1 moreSteve, the service technician was excellent. Friendly, explained everything, just an all around good guy. I was also pleased that Band B was able to a technician out to the house on only 3 hours notice on a Friday afternoon.
Description of Work: Outside unit of air conditioner stopped working. Diagnosed as a bad contactor, which was replaced. Also checked out the rest of the system.

+ -1 moreWe called for service and we were told that they won't come out and quot;that far.and quot; We live 20 minutes away. We do business with other service companies that are even farther away from us all the time. In fact, we have NEVER been told that we live too far out by any company in the entire lake area. It's unprofessional and has a distinct air of arrogance.

+ -1 moreWe were very happy with them. We thought we were going to have to wait until Monday, but they sent someone out right away.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning went out when it was so hot, it was on the weekend, and they sent someone out to us. It was the part that was very expensive. They did not charge us extra for the weekend.

+ -1 moreOur AC quit functioning Sunday afternoon 7/10/11. It was 100 degrees outside and our interior warmed up rapidly to 86 degrees. We called B and B 7/11/11 and was fortunate enough to get put on their list, after having called several other companies who were not too sympathetic to our plight, my husband is 84 and quite ill. Band B had another call near us and after finishing there arrived around 2:30PM and after diagnosting the problem, due probably to electrical storm strikes near us, had the capacitor installed and the cooling system running smoothly. We began to feel the effect immediately. The young man, technician, was most professional and the lady in the office, Barb, was our Angel for the day. Thank you both from my heart.
