Rochelle was excellent and provided just the help I needed.

Great! Rochelle understood what effect I was looking for in the room, what colors I would like to use and designed the layout of the room, which was perfect.

It was an excellent experience. Rochelle was very helpful and very professional. She gave us so many great design ideas and tips on how to best use the spaces in our house. She also helped guide us in the right direction for shopping. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Rochelle and Marc showed up on time. They listen to what were planning and gave us some great ideas that we had not considered. They gave us a bid which was high in comparison to our contractors we have used in the past. We most likely will use Rochelle to help us narrow down our material and color choices.

Went ok. Rochelle was sweet, had good idea on paint color. She was 20 minutes late for the appointment. We scheduled another day to complete initial appointment.

The young woman was prompt and professional. Gave me some ideas but not a lot. Seems like she was more interested in Kitchen Design, as I recall. I was interested in LR, FR and Sunroom. This has been so long ago that this is the best I can provide.

They were great! There estimate was realistic (not underbid like many) and they were polite and professional. I would use them again.

They were so nice and professional. Very interested in realistic and practical changes suited for our lifestyle, encouraging us to spend money where it would mean most to us, not just suggesting the most expensive things. They were wonderful, with great information and suggestions. They definitely knew what they were talking about and were extremely knowledgeable with ideas and issues we did not think about. And in the end they were willing to work with us to provide us a service we could afford, and which would allow us to do certain work ourselves to save money. We would definitely recommend them.

Marc, the Construction Solutions lead, and Rochelle, the designer, both came to the house. They did a great job of coming up with ideas and suggestions for renovating our kitchen. We haven't used them, or anyone else yet, because it's going to be a costly project, so it's on hold for the time being.

My rating of "A" for price is based on the value I feel I obtained for their 2 hours of consultation time. Ultimately we opted not to continue to the next stage of basically putting down an initial downpayment which would be required to get detailed plans and a full estimate as their pricing for our plans was significantly higher than our budget allows. If I had the money, I have no doubt they would have been able to put in a very attractive remodel and been good to work with, but for the return on the investment based on the value of my house and our neighborhood I couldn't justify the cost. I think they would be great to consult if you have a higher end remodel in mind.

We are very pleased with the outcome. It exceeded our expectations, and we hope to continue working with Next Project Studio in the future.

I felt there was a big difference between what I expected them to do and what they did. WHAT I EXPECTED: A consultation with follow-up on suggested products for ceiling & screening with price ranges. Here was the Deal description I paid for: "The Real Deal: Have you been considering remodeling your home, but don?t know where to begin or what to do? Invite this award-winning dream team into your home and see your space through the eyes of design experts with this unique offer! $59 for up to two hours of consultation time with a renovation expert in your home (or project location) to review your next renovation project - kitchen, bath, home addition, outdoor living space, basement or most any renovation project. Receive expert advice and tips on the design and approach for your project, as well learning the probable costs for your project. Learn how a design/build team can be a fit for your renovation needs." For "$300" value of consultation, I expected something -less than drawings, specific plan & prices and -more than "Yes, it is probably within your $10 - $15K range." I think the biggest problem is that this Deal can be interpreted different ways & less experienced consumers might expect too much. What you really get is a couple of nice hours of experienced persons chatting with you about your vision, plans, providing ideas off the cuff during that time and perhaps a little follow up on a couple of open questions. A loosey-goosey estimate of project cost. It is really a precursor to selling you their additional work.

It was okay. They spent more time and want to talk about dollars that it was going to cost than actually giving me ideas. I know that it’s sad in the end for the deal that it was no plan then hand me. I was not going to get architectural design drawing. I get that but what they more of want to do is talk about the scope than talk about design ideas. I was not happy with that. I think they got good information but again, I did not like the way they handle the appointment. They know what they are doing. They have the wrong idea of what people expect with that appointment.

I felt like it was a bait and switch. I was looking to have her to come in a consult a project for me. She tried to offer me buying cabinets right away. I didn't know that I wanted to buy them. She didn't want to do the project unless I wanted to do more. She didn't want to do what the deal offered. She said they don't do "do it yourselfers." Three weeks out I made an appointment and she cancelled the day before.

The final estimate was a rough estimate, but was higher than we had expected so we're going to try to do some of the things ourselves.

NEXT Project Studio completed a bathroom renovation for me, starting in October 2013 and ending in Spring 2014. Everything was removed and replaced in the bathroom. The scope of work included new cabinetry, new and enlarged shower, new bathtub, new columns, ... really, new everything. In selecting materials and fixtures, the company continually worked to accommodate the style that I preferred. Some plumbing and electrical work had to be moved. From the beginning, Dana King, the designer, collaborated with me on all aspects, listening carefully to how I envisioned the renovation. She made excellent recommendations regarding all aspects and demonstrated respect for my ideas. I did not accept all recommendations from Dana. Some decisions were wise on my part. Some were not. She explained that custom cabinets would be nicer. I decided on builder-grade cabinets to reduce costs. That was a poor decision on my part. Dana and NEXT Project Studio worked very hard to stay within my budget, which I appreciated greatly. We kept the costs within a reasonable range and the quality of the work was excellent (except, of course, with the cabinet choice that I made). Nonetheless, the bathroom is beautiful and will enhance the marketability of my house when I decide to sell. I highly recommend Dana King and NEXT Project Studio for major home. renovations. Beautiful design and high quality work.

It went good. She really listened to us and suggested a lot of ideas for projects. She was there for about an hour and a half. She gave us an estimate that was too high.

I didn't go with them. They were good, but they were too expensive. It wasn't what I thought it was going to be, because I thought I would come out with something.

It was a good deal and they were great. They sent 2 people out to do the job. The scheduling was good.

Their conceptual design was very nice and we ended up using it to remodel our kitchen. We didn't buy their cabinets which are very good quality because we were selling the house and they were above our budget. Their design/build service is great for the person that doesn't have remodeling or construction experience and wants a one-stop shop.

That was just a consultation and I didn't get a lot of substance out of it. I didn't pay much either. It was really a sales pitch from they came. My idea was for them to come in and help me figure out an idea for the space and give me a rough idea of what we were looking at in terms of mid level material and they agreed with everything I suggested. So they didn't have much ideas. It was a 4 family vacant flat.

Loved all of it. Great creativity. Beautiful work.

She was very nice. All of the people in her company are very nice and easy to get along with. They're very quick to fix any problems. She's fun to work. It's a creative company with excellent workmanship. They weren't inexpensive. We had so much done, including a lot of different upgrades and a lot of tile work. It functions well, with a lot of handrails and that kind of stuff.

Excellent. Will do it again at a later stage for planning.

I didn't get a design per say however, I did get a detailed consultation. The consultation was great and was well worth the money spent and I got plenty of information with that.
