We think a whole lot of them and we would use them again if we had another remodel project. The price was one of the reasons we chose them. They really did a wonderful job.

Dana was extremely helpful understanding my likes/dislikes when it came to finding just the right paint colors for each room in our home, and I was absolutely thrilled with everything she chose. I also asked about suggestions for our room layouts/accessories/window treatments, and she was again so creative with her ideas! My true appreciation goes out to Dana for making me feel enthusiastic about these home projects instead of dreading them!!

It's PERFECT! I want to shout from the rooftops how amazing Dana King of Next Studio is! Our new downstairs is jaw droppingly beautiful and everyone who visits can't believe it's the same house! AWESOME! Dana and her team are professional, friendly, on time, kept their promises and executed a high quality make over. We couldn't believe it was the same space! The cabinets are beautiful, the new lighting, counter tops and flooring are gorgeous and so functional. We get so many amazing comments and have probably given out Dana's contact information to 20 different people - everyone wants a house as amazing as ours. Ha. Would highly recommend Dana and Next Project Studio for all your interior design and remodeling projects!

Very well - the team was personally engaged at all times, with the proprietors of both the design and construction components readily available and open to adaptations/modifications. Identified issues and design changes were managed promptly, with reasonable pricing. The project finished within 4-6 weeks of the original estimated time, with clear discussion and prompt resolution when subcontractor delays or material timing didn't come together personally. I was really impressed with the team's professionalism and friendly, expert approach to our projects and related problems. Great team!!

I don't think there should be a charge to come out and give a preliminary bid so we both could get a feel if either of us is interested in doing business with each other. There was no solid bid given to us just a ballpark figure and they are out of our price range.

I chose NEXT Project Studio based on previous positive reviews on Angie's List. Our project was designed and planned by General Contractor, Marc and Interior designer, Rochelle. They did a wonderful job planning the designing a full gut/remodel of our kitchen along with adding a doorway between our kitchen and dining room. The full cost of the project was about $37,000. For the size of our kitchen, this is possibly a bit higher than other estimates, but you do get what you pay for in this case. The quality of the work was superb. I truly did not have to worry about anything myself. Included in the cost is the full time help of an interior designer--you typically would have to hire a designer separately. I was so pleased with the work, I am currently in the process of hiring them for another project in our new home.

I engaged Dana King and the NEXT Project Studio team to design a two-story home addition and connected outdoor living space that included a large deck and swim spa. Time is money in my business, so I really appreciated the full-service that Dana and her team provided. They managed not only the design, but also the communication with the architect and sub-contractors. The team didn't force their opinions and were open to our ideas. We were presented with three concepts. They detailed the costs and benefits for lifestyle and resale gains so we could decide the scope of work. After we decided on the winning plan, they got busy helping us manage all the selections that needed to be made. In a project of this size, it is bound to have challenges, but Dana kept us informed with updates and provided solutions. We are very pleased with the results, having achieved a beautiful space for entertaining family and colleagues. NEXT Project studio is ideal for busy people, who like me, want excellent design and project management.

Working with Next Project Studio was, in a word, fun. That's not to say there weren't stressful moments - they basically did a gut rehab for me, OF COURSE there was stress. But those moments were few and far between. From the moment I explored ideas with Dana, I felt like I was with a partner. I felt a creative door open up and it was very fun stepping through it and being shown my options with Dana and Rochelle. The construction part itself was a nail biter (as it probably always is), but the crew was really nice and they did a good job keeping the place as clean as possible. The results of it all were well worth it. I really feel like I have a home that reflects me.

Dana and Mark were very professional and had excellent ideas. What we received as a $50,000 project by their estimates was well over $100,000 and that didn't cover everything we wanted to do. They understood and were gracious in there exit.

They were very professional and had nice taste and eye for details. We decided to delay our spend, but they were accomodating.

The provider did not return emails attempting to set up the design consultation. Eventually I asked Angie's List to provide a refund, which they did. Months later (and well after the refund request) someone from the service provider called to inquire about the design consultation. I told them it was not longer needed. UPDATE: To top things off, after I posted this review someone from the service provider calls me and takes a very accusatory tone - insinuating (in my view) that I am being dishonest. What I posted in my review is factual. There was an initial exchange, but they were supposed to contact me to set up the service, and they never did. I was only contacted by the service provider well after I had received a refund from Angie's List (for non-service) and I was already well underway with the re-decorating work - rendering the service moot. I quote from my message to them regarding the service "...the sooner the better." Well over a month goes by and I had not heard from them so I requested the refund. End of story.

Rochelle the Designer came and gave me great ideas and advise. She helped me arrange the furniture and decide which pieces to keep and which to return. She gave me a lot information designs and use of colors. Without her input I would have bought the wrong size sofa and furniture I did not need. I love the arrangement, and it makes the room look much larger. Rochelle gave my ideas about hanging pictures and she emphasized using what I have not buying more. I got just the type of help I wanted. I would not hesitate to use Net Project Studio again.

Marc and Rochelle came to my house to discuss a possible rehab of my kitchen. It was a very enjoyable experience. They spent a fair amount of time hearing my thoughts, and getting a feel for how my kitchen is used. They brainstormed lots of different ideas- throwing out some, elaborating on others. There were many creative ideas that gave me a very excited feeling about doing such a project. We talked about ballpark estimates, timelines and how they put a project together. They knew I wasn't ready to get started and there was no pressure one way or the other.

It was fine. She needs to be a little bit forthcoming with her ideas and maybe that was difficult in that I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted. I just wanted validation. We had some confusion at the beginning.

A++++ service! Would love to use again.

Things went very well. Both Dana & Marc are very personable, flexible, and appear to be willing to do what it takes to satisfy their customers.

It went great. Rochelle was very courteous, helpful, professional and creative. She understood what I was looking for, she understood my needs. She was able to transform my areas to look more rustic and modern with pieces I already have. She also taught me a few things as well.

The designer was very nice and had a lot of ideas to help me arrange a long narrow living space.I liked her plans but the hourly rate for design services was over $100/hr which I feel is too expensive. She did a very informal sketch of the room which I feel should have been left with me to approximate as well as I could on my own.

It went very well. We are working with them and it looks like we are going to have them do the project that we want. We have been really happy with the response we have gotten from them. It is going to require a fairly reasonable modification of the entryway in the house. We wanted to change the entryway not only for esthetic reasons but also for safety reasons. They have done a really good job of making suggestions and they are getting the final bids from contractors for work to be done. We have been extremely happy with the way they have gone after it. They gave us a ballpark price, but the discussion we have had seems to indicate that I feel like the bids from the various contractors that have come will be somewhere in that ballpark estimate. We wanted to do some things that were not associated with that job that were not associated specifically with that job and he said he had somebody who was good at that and does it. They said they would make an appointment with her and bring her out. So they are serving double duty to do for this project that we want done. We called another competitive company and had them come out and they charged us $2,500 to put together 3 little dinky suggestions and we were not happy with them. We called these folks and they came out and were enthusiastic and spent time. It was all the difference in the world between the other company and these folks. We are in the process of putting together the final bids which will include electrical, air conditioning, construction and flooring. They are pulling together and have had the contractors here and have had meetings and gone over everything that needs to be done. The only reason we haven't started is because we don't have the costs for these services.

Rochelle from NEXT Project Studio was full of excellent ideas and was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling was a breeze. I wanted advice on repainting and redecorating a small home I own for possible use as a short-term vacation rental. A priority for me was keeping costs down, and Rochelle was very helpful in that regard. We walked through each room discussing which pieces of furniture to keep or toss and Rochelle suggested a few low-cost items that would maximize updating the look without breaking the bank. We also discussed color schemes and general staging for photos. Any question I had was welcome. Most definitely the $99 was ell-spent, as Rochelle's advice will save me that much in mistakes and lost time. Highly recommend!
