Description of Work: Next Project Studio called me to discuss what I was looking for within the design consultation and what my budget was and to set up a appointment. When I told Marc that my budget is $20,000 for everything, he said that their average kitchen remodel runs between $50-60K. At that time he said that he doesn't think it would be worth either of our time, to move forward with the appointment. So he cancelled it and told me to request a refund from Angies List. The balance is our design and management, sub contractors, permit fees, and the labor needed to pull the project together. Description of Work: I bought the two hour service because I wanted paint color consultation. Five minutes after the designer walked in the door she told me she didn't bring Her color deck because someone asked her to borrow it that morning.

Description of Work: Had a 2 hour consultation (paid $100). Rochelle was very nice, professional and helpful. She worked with the ideas we presented and also gave suggestions we hadn't even considered. We may purchase a package for decorating help in the future. Highly recommend!!

Description of Work: Dana and Rochelle were very helpful with ideas for a kitchen update. I like the idea that Next Project Studio would handle the entire project, while I just "shop" for cabinets, countertop, etc. While I thought the ballpark cost was too much for what I wanted done, I'm looking at other options for estimates at this time.

Description of Work: Dana and Marc came to our home to work with us on the beginning phases of redesigning our kitchen. They were very easy to work with on the scheduling of the appointment and were very communicative prior to arriving. The intro session went very well and we plan on hiring them for the redesign of our kitchen.

Description of Work: Rochelle was very helpful in helping me redo my bedroom. We picked out paint colors; discussed rugs, lighting, furniture placement, window treatments and accessories. We were able to cover a lot of information in a short amount of time because we were both prepared for the appointment.

Description of Work: I paid $99 and the services provided were very helpful. However, I purchased 2 hours and really only used one. I noticed that a one hour option was offered at a later date for $59.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for two hours of design consultation for $100 and subsequently purchased two additional hours. Rachel arrived on time for both appointments. We are building a new home, and she helped me wade through a number of selections, including exterior finishes and colors and kitchen cabinets, countertops and backsplash. Our first consultation was at my home; the second at the store where I was selecting my countertops. I found talking with her to be very educational - some general tips and design principles she shared have guided me as I continue making design choices on my own. I felt she quickly understood the style I hope to achieve and steered me in the appropriate direction. I plan on using her in the future.

Description of Work: Consulted on color and furniture placement. She came in and gave me some good ideas about furniture placement and suggested some additional pieces.

Description of Work: Our interior designer gave us many good ideas on how to update and improve the look of our home. We wanted to do this because we will sell our home in the next year or so and wanted to start with the work now. Well worth the money.

Description of Work: Suggestions were made as to how to add shelving and/or closets to increase storage space. Anything more specific would require an hourly fee or a contract for a project to be completed. I felt it was premature to proceed when so little specifics were given.
