I had just sent the text asking for quotes, and Rob Williams called me Almost immediately. He has just gotten home and it was early afternoon but he rearranged his calendar so that he could come over and check out my problem. He wasnâ t there quite an hour and had figured it out. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He was also very reasonable, and when another company left a message with their quote, it was way above what Rob charged. I would not hesitate to call him again if I needed help and I would have no qualms about recommending him to anyone for any project . You will not be disappointed in his work.

Robert solved a very difficult iMac issue(s) and spent generous amount of time with new computer orientation. During a long wait for the difficult shop work to be done, I wished for an additional update to make the wait easier.

Rob responded quick with a call and was very professional and asked the right questions to assess my needs. he gave me all the information regarding the the resolution and we set a time for him to pick up my laptop. he arrived on time and treated me with dignity and respect.
