I contacted this company via Angie's List. It took awhile to get a quote and subsequent appointment due to lags in responsiveness to emails. Perhaps I would have had more luck if I had called the company directly. Once we got the appointment everything went smoothly. The technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. After inspecting the crack he adjusted the price down from the quote (I'm guessing because the crack wasn't as big as originally thought?). On top of that he still accepted a coupon from Angie's List, which ended up saving us a total of $100. We were very grateful for that. The work was completed very quickly (30 min). There has not been a big rain since the repair, so we haven't been able to test it out yet. But since this was a "typical" crack, I'm optimistic that the repair will do the trick.

Friday April 17th came and I waited at home to receive an estimate and no one showed up. No one called and I never received an email response back asking to reschedule or explain why no one came. Have since set up other estimates with other companies who arrived on time.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal on 2/23/15. I was contacted the next day and scheduled my repair for 2/26/15. The tech arrived on time, I showed him the crack and he went straight to work. The repair took about 35-40 minutes.

Called and advised would be a little late due to picking up supplies. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Went right to work and was in and out in an hour. Advised to let it dry for 48 hours and then I can knock off fill tabs. Also advised to watch for any cracks that could signify a bigger issue.

We had a different company inspect our foundation and insist that we get all of our cracks fixed immediately at a cost of about $2,000. Turns out there was no rush, now that we know what to look for. We definitely recommend Quacker's Waterproofing without reservation.

I was contacted promptly to set up an appointment and they were able to come out 2 days later. The gentleman showed up on time and was a complete professional. He repaired the crack and, also, looked at a few other water issues I am having on other walls in the basement. He gave me an opinion on what could be causing the other problems. I am completely satisfied with the work done and plan on contacting them again. I would definitely recommend them.

We're getting ready to put our house on the market, so we wanted to get a crack looked at and filled. A serviceman was out in less than 24 hours. He inspected it all and determined that all we needed was to fill the diagonal crack - which was quick and relatively inexpensive compared to the worst case scenario. And, they provide a warranty that we'll be able to offer when we sell the house.

I called to make an appointment to have a leaking crack in our concrete basement wall repaired. They we were able to come the very next day. They came at the appointed time, were courteous and worked quickly. The repair looks perfect and I felt the price was fair. I also used a $50 off repairs over $300 that I found on their website.

Easy to work with, courteous and cleaned up after the job was complete. Completed almost a year ago and no more water leaks and no farther inward movement of our walls. Quality work and no further problems at that end of the basement. Having water seepage at the other end and will plan to hire again to address our new problem. Best price of the four estimated I received.

We had used Quackers previously to correct a bowed basement wall. We were very satisfied with their work and asked them to come back and do some work on another wall which had earlier (1998) been braced from the outside (work NOT done by Quackers). The area around the support I-beams and the wall had deteriorated over time since that area had not been resealed after the bracing was done. Jason took around an hour to fill the crack, reseal the I-beam / wall areas and spot seal above this wall and the other 2 remaining walls.

He was courteous and arrived on time. He filled the crack completely and did an excellent job. The price was very reasonable and the job was completed in good time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs foundation work.

I had two crack in my basement wall. One was horizontal, and the other one was vertical. The gentleman was on time and conducted himself in a very professional manor. H8e explained the horizontal crack will need to be deal separately from the big deal, due to the fact that it will take some reinforcement (steel beams) in order to keep the crack sealed. He called his boss and asked him to come by to give us an estimate for that work (which he did). The other crack was sealed.

Ted showed up on time and went right to work. I asked if I could observe simply out of interest and he did not mind at all. It took him about one and one half hours to complete the job. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with his work. The warranty goes with the life of the house, even if we should sell.

Everything went great! Would use again.

Great job--no upsell. It could’ve been an upsell since it was a bigger job than he thought but he did a great job in patching a crack in the basement. He was courteous and came out within a week or so of purchasing the deal; we’d recommend him.

It went very well. Jim Hudson came out and explained everything and answered all of my questions. Their bid was received the next day via email. The work could be done in one day. We opted to have it done in 2 half-days to get it done sooner. The I-beams were delivered the day before work was to begin. The I-beams were installed on the first visit and the tightening of the brackets and sealing was done on the second visit. They (Jason and Ted) were very professional and answered all my questions. They cleaned up very well after the work was done. We are very happy with the results. We were experiencing a lot of "scary noises" along that wall and that has decreased substantally. The bowing is a lot less than it was. After the first visit I was able to put my fingers between one of the I-beams and the wall in the center part of the wall where the bowing was most prononced. After the second day, I couldn't. They come back every 2 months or so to tighten any brackets that need it. They did say that it could take awhile for the "unbowing" to maximize. Lien waivers and warranties were provided along with the bid (preliminary copies) and final copies of these documents along with a receipt came in about a week after work was completed via email. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FAMILY BUSINESS!!!!

My experience was good. They were very diligent and made sure what they were going to do in the appointment was actually going to work. They had to come out three different times to make sure they did the work correctly. They had to get the water out of the wall first then repair the cracks. They were very good at getting back to me when I called and scheduling appointments with me.

It was hard to get a hold of them to get my date re-scheduled. The work they did was great. He explaiend what he was going to do and he explained it in a way that I could understand.

I was satisfied with the quick response and quality of the work.

Service date was scheduled and included the name of the person that would be visiting my house and doing the work. Workman shows up on time and immediately identified himself. He was friendly and professional. He took a look at the crack and then explained exactly how he was going to fix it, in detail. He invited me to watch the repair process and if I saw something that I was not comfortable with that I should tell him right away. The work was done efficiently and he did a good job. He also put sealer on the outside of the foundation where there was a minor possibility of water getting into the crack. This company is a true client service company and although I had a very simple crack in the foundation it was repaired very well. I would use this company again, if the need would arise. The man sent to do the repairs was very nice and did a great job.

The repairman was prompt, courteous, and showed us how the repair was done. We are very satisfied with the work and feel like the value for the repair was great!
