Good, they were busy due to a lot of rain (floods of 2017), but got to us quickly. They fixed the crack and the price was reasonable. They did not try to over sell.

Quacker's was great. Jim was very responsive to provide a quote and answer questions, and quick to schedule. His office staff was very good and quick to call back. His crew was prompt to arrive and they did a great job. They didn't leave a scrap of concrete behind, so their clean-up was top notch. They arrived at 9 and were done by 3. Just in time, too, because the rain started up again that night. We haven't had a drop of water in our basement and the sump pump works great. The price was extremely competitive and I really appreciate the great work they did. I would recommend Quacker's to anyone and everyone!!

Several companies told us the job was too small, but Quackers came out promptly when I called to get an estimate. Very happy with the outcome. While nobody wants to need to use a waterproofing company, it's nice to know there are some good options out there besides the really big and over-priced companies.

These guys showed up and filled the crack in about an hour. I have waited for several months before I left feedback. We have had many heavy rain storms and winter weather with melting snow. The job was done fast and I have seen no water anywhere. Very good job.

It went really well. He went right to it and was very quick at his job. Since hes came the basement is bone dry. He was reasonably priced.

It turned out good. He gave me an estimate. They suggested a sump pump which I don't think I need. The price was high, but I guess that's how much sump pumps cost.

JIm came out promptly to provide a quote, but unfortunately could not because we have a finished basement with drywall covering walls in both of the leaky corners of our basement, and so he was unable to assess. After removing the drywall, Jim came out again, gave us his recommendation and followed up with a quote within 2 days. What Quacker's proposed seemed to make more sense to us than recommendations from other companies, Jim was very knowledgeable about different waterproofing methods. Heather was able to schedule the work to start within 2 weeks, and on a Monday that we requested because it worked best for us. Justin arrived 15 minutes early on the scheduled date, and 2 additional professionals arrived shortly thereafter. They were all polite and friendly and efficient. They had all of the work completed in one day, and did a good job cleaning up when they left.

OK, so these guys age great. Really good work and great humor. They completed the Radon Mitigation even with some curve balls thrown at them. My Radon levels went from a 7 down to a 0.03! Outstanding service and really nice guys. Jim is great to work with and really does provide a great atmosphere. Glad I went with a local company.

I left a message asking for someone to call me for an appointment to look at my basement. I left times that I was available but someone called back when I was not available. I called back and left another message to please call me for an appointment. Noone from the company called me back.

After being completely ripped off by another company, I contacted 3 companies and received bids on fixing a crack in my basement. I went with Quackers and was completely satisfied. They were professional, punctual, and great to work with. I will call them for any waterproofing work that I need in the future.

It went well. They were great, they were in and out in a couple of hours.

I called and they immediately scheduled an appointment to quote the job. They went over all the aspects of the job and answered any questions that I had. Each crack took approximately 30 mins to complete. I received a transferrable warranty with each and they emailed it to me in a timely manner. Using Angie's list they also gave me a discount. Would recommend using them.

It took awhile for them to contact me but in fairness to them, i purchased right after the major flooding in December and they were very busy. Once they did contact me though, Jim was very polite and professional on the phone as he explained to me what they would do. We scheduled an appointment and the service tech (Ted) showed up right on time and got to work right away. He was very polite as he took the time to explain what he was doing and he was able to finish up the work in about an hour. We have not had enough rain lately to test the patch but hopefully all will go well.

I am very pleased with the job done by Quacker's Waterproofing and by my interaction with them. Such a nice young man! Personable and friendly. I felt comfortable with him in my home. He did an extraordinary job and cleaned up so thoroughly that I think that area is cleaner now than before he came and fixed the crack. He did the job quickly and with a minimum of intrusion. I was very pleased with him and with Quacker's and would definitely use them again and recommend them highly. I will have no fears when the next rainstorm heads our way. My basement will be dry.

I purchased the Big Deal for a $199 crack repair. Quackers came and filled the crack in no time. While they were difficult to get a hold of or get a response from at times, it did not take away from the repair and their advice on other water issues in my basement. They were very honest with everything. Would definitely use again.

This was the second time Quackers provided services at our residence and as expected, everything went smoothly. My phone call requesting service was returned in a timely manner. Ted came to our house and was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. After fixing the first leak, Ted pointed out another potential leak I should watch for, which ended up becoming a problem and why I contracted their services for a second time. As far as I am concerned, whenever I have a leak, I will be calling Quackers. I have already referred them to family and friends.

The repair person arrived on time, was very personable and presentable. He handled himself in a friendly and courteous manner. He reviewed the area to be repaired. Explained what he was going to do, why he was going to repair it this way, and approximately how long it would take. He performed the repair in a timely manner, and cleaned up any of his leftover debris. He explained what he did, what we should expect, and their guarantee. He went over the charges, which were exactly what I was quoted during the initial visit. I wrote him a check, and he left.

Went very well. They contacted us right away but we waited to schedule. When we called, they fit us right in and then did a great job.

The representative from Quacker's arrived on time and took a careful look at the crack, and pointed out that we could fix it (since it was a floor crack) much cheaper than the $199 price. He gave us detailed directions on how we could do it ourselves and offered a full refund. I did an adequate job myself and saved about $190! Their honesty and help was much appreciated... Everything went well. The repaired cracks have not leaked during recent storms. In addition, the radon test results after the mitigation system was installed showed it is working and the radon in our basement is now at a very low level.

i contacted Quacker's Waterproofing and Basement Repair a few months ago to get an opinion on one horizontal and two vertical cracks in 2 of my basement walls. I did not have any water issues, but wanted to know if I needed to be concerned about the cracks. Due to their workload, it took a while for them to free up time for me, but Jim kept me updated along the way as to when he might be able to fit me in. Today, his son Jason came by to inspect the walls. Jason was professional, prompt, and put my mind at ease by letting me know that I did not need to worry about the cracks. He explained what they were, and when I asked if I needed to do something to prevent any water problems in the future, he said that it wasn't necessary; he said he did not want to sell me something that I did not need. I really appreciated the honesty and respect I received from Jason, and I will definitely use Quacker's in the future if the need arises.
