Everything went very smoothly.

We had a leak in the basement wall under our stairs on Thanksgiving day. Called that Friday and left a message. The Crack team called back on the same day and made an appointment to look at the crack and give an estimate. They showed up on time to do the work. Performed work in an efficent professional manner. A transferable warranty showed up on Janurary 6, 2011 just as promised. I would definetly hire this company again.

The job went very well. They had a good price. They were also very prompt. I was pleased with their services.

It was fine. I don't have any complaints regarding the service. I did have to call them back about 1 month after service as the crack was still a bit sticky. They explained the epoxy might be that way while it's still curing. Everything is fine now.

The Crack Team were easy to work with, showed up on time, and did an excellent job for me. The person that repaired my foundation took extra time to explain the process as he worked. I would definitely use this company again.

Their quote was competitive but we went with another company. They were very professional, they came at the time that they said they would be here, the guy knew his stuff, and we have no complaints.

I didn?t use their services. The job I contacted them for is something that they don?t do. The guy who I spoke to was extremely helpful. He was there for about 20 minutes on the phone with me. He spoke to me about all the possibilities even though he wasn?t going to get any business out of it, which I found impressive. I told him that I really appreciated his help. It speaks a lot about him since he was willing to give me all the advice and spent the time with me. He was really good. I would consider them if I want to get any concrete work done in the future.

The experience was very good. They were responsive. The only downside was that the type of fill in work they do does not look good, but it is effective. It was not visually nice.

They came out the same day that I called and gave me a bid. They were very timely and very professional. I just let them in and showed them what the problem was, and they took care of it. They were terrific.

I met with the owner. Their work was good and they were very reasonably priced too. Everything went very well.

They were fine. They came out, looked at our problem, and they gave us a good evaluation. I don't remember what they quoted us. We were satisfied with what they did, but we went with someone else. We looked at the other company and thought that they had a better piering system than The Crack Team, so we went with them. We certainly would get a bid from The Crack Team again. Whether we use them or not depends upon how the other people bid.

They scheduled an appointment, and actually called that day to ask if they could come earlier. Very prompt. He was done working in about an hour, and left no mess behind. The crack has held even through the hurricane remnants we had this late Summer/early Fall.

Come to find out it was a leak else where. He saved me a lot of money, we did not need to have the basement waterproofed after all. They were here on time and did a great job.

Mr. Hudson the owner came out after I called them and quoted a very fair price. We set the appointment and they showed up early, after calling to make sure it was OK, on the day they were supposed to be here. He was here for about an hour and did an excellent job, that was in line with everything Mr. Hudson had said they would do. They were very honest and it was a very good experience. I will use the Crack Team again if need be and will recommend them to others.

I talked to his daughter Amy on the phone, and she was just outstanding on the phone. Everything was really professionally done. The prices were cheaper then other companies. When they were running late, they had the courtesy to call me, which was a really nice touch.

When we called, they came out soon to give an estimate. They arrived on time and the work was performed well. We haven't had any leaks or problems with the foundation since.
