I noticed a leak coming from a vent stack during recent storms over the Memorial Day weekend. Keep Dry Roofing responded to my request for an estimate on Monday Memorial Day. Greg Bowdler showed up the next day and gave me a fair and detailed estimate. The repair work was done in a very timely manner. I would use Keep Dry Roofing for any future Roofing needs.

Nick M. responded quickly to request. Explained probable cause of leak and approach to fix it in a calm and courteous manner. His craftsman, Miguel, is a super worker. He showed me a photo of another issue he uncovered when removing old shingles. Then Miguel went to work - new flashing, sealant, and shingles - around a "dead valley" area. Miguel left the house - roof & ground - as clean as he found it. Repair stood up to its first rain test Wednesday night !

2G was very timely in responding to my request for a quote. The contractor was very. The representative came and upon inspection told me we needed a new skylight and a new rood (hail damage). The roof is 9 yrs old and we have not had any significant hail at that time. He said he could caulk the skylight, I agreed, Then he told me his minimum fee is $250.00. He asked if I wanted a quote for a new roof. I said sure. That I have note received to date. I will be going up on the roof when the weather allows us to check out the work done if any.

Excellent friendly next day service following my initial call to inspect & replace damaged roof shingles. They even secured materials ahead of time & arrived on time at my address. Very pleased with their work and you will be too! The cost of the repair was more than fair, no where close to the $500 minimum that other roof repair businesses were attempting to quote me over the phone.
