carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreProvider was contacted, wife is the intake person/scheduler who was not responsive to call backs, rescheduling. Ended up keeping original appointment. Got a voice mail from owner/husband/carpet cleaner night prior to appointment, relaying a family emergency. Ok, understandable they would not arrive at the 7 AM appointment, but was told in the message that I would be moved to the top of the list. Next day called to find out status, wife-scheduler said emergency was stable, and could not offer any insight on my appointment? She stated her husband would call. He never called, when tried to call, got answer machine 2X. Left a message stating I would find another agency. Apparently there is no crew or anyone else who does work besides owner ?? Sorry
Description of Work: nothing-work to be done was for traffic area in two rooms, hall and 12 steps.
