The business owner dropped what he was doing and came to my house to get me my estimate. He was very good at explaining what would be done and time frame. The crew showed up as predicted and worked diligently until job was done. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I asked for a bid on a paint job. His bid was similar to another bid I got but he couldn't do it for 8 - 10 weeks, so I didn't hire him.

It went well, Dustin is really easy to work with and his crew is fast and does a decent job cleaning up after themselves. They did lots of work for us so invariably there were a few things that weren't as perfect as we would have liked. Dustin and his crew came back promptly and took care of the problems. I had a very good experience and will hire them again I'm sure.

Called and came out. Brought three guys the next morning. They were right on time, very nice, and did a great job! They did all this in five hours.( two coats )

Dustin seemed like a nice person, but he was very distracted while at our home. He is having a difficult time managing his workload (by his own account). apparently very busy. had workers sitting outside our home waiting to be paid for another job. his price was not competitive, so we went with another contractor. based on his work overload, I doubt if we would have selected him anyway. Maybe he was having a bad day?

Loved it - fast and snappy (called during cold and rain so I got it done the very next day). Ophelia was a rock star painter

Lomonte Painting was excellent from start to finish. The owner, Dustin, came out the same day I called and provided an estimate. He asked and we paid half down the day the painting crew arrived. The painting crew was on time every time. The were courteous and respectful of our property and took great care to cover and protect furniture, floors and wall hangings, etc. They are good workers. They went right to work each of the four days they were on the job. There was no loud music or voices, etc. They worked very well together, helping each other and checking on the work as they went along to make sure every detail was done just right. Dustin also checked on progress each day making certain that everything was going according to plan. The crew was neat and and at the end of the job removed all of their tools and materials and then swept the floor. Then they put the furniture back in the rooms and replaced the wall hangings. The paint is perfect. They caulked all trim before painting to assure the finish looked perfect - which it does. Dustin came the day after the work was complete to make certain all was satisfactory. It was. We did have one mixup on the job, the finish of the trim paint. The crew had applied a finish with a dull luster on the trim, but we assumed it to have a shine similar to the existing trim. Dustin did not hesitate to obtain additional paint and have the crew repaint all the trim and all at no extra charge to us although there were both material and labor a costs to his business. The crew went right to work applying the correct paint. To me this is the true measure of the integrity of a company. There was no fault-finding, just customer satisfaction. I have been pleased with the contractors I have hired through Angie's list and Lomonte is an example of the kind of honest, hard-working and excellent companies that we have come to expect. We could not be more pleased. They will be the first we call on our next painting project. Thank you again, Angie!

This is a 2nd house that is currently being rented to friends; it is about 1200 miles from where I currently live. The main part of the painting was done within a reasonable amount of time, but a small area of the ceiling and walls was unfinished for various reasons. There was difficulty in getting back into the house to finish the final touch ups due to schedule conflicts and from what I hear from my renters, he just made it back this week 5/16/2013 to finish off the job. They say it looks fine but I haven't seen it myself. I feel the time lag was somewhat long for what I was expecting. Dustin Lomonte was nice when I met him in late March to show him the job, and he was very professional and seemingly trustworthy. I'm sure he did a good job, but I haven't personally seen it yet. From our discussions he has assured me that if there are any problems he will be out to rectify them to my satisfaction.

Overall the work was done very well. The team was fantastic. They went above and beyond to do a good job and do it right. The owner, Mr. Lomonte, was on the scene much of the time working, which I like as the he was the one who made the bid. We had a lot of wall repair and some of it was tricky. But they got the job done and did it well.

Very good work, knowledgeable and courteous. They were especially careful with clean up which I appreciate. They were very professional and reasonable. I will hire them again.

Clean, neat, cleaned up project before leaving, covered anything that could possibly get paint on, no harsh language, came with a happy attitude! What more could you ask for! I am a very pleased customer!

We had a couple of custom-made shelves that was raw, so they painted it and put a hardener in the paint. He was just so friendly, very much on time, when he said he would here, he would be here and he had to come back three times due to the multiple process. One day, he was running a little bit late because of the snow and he called to say he was on his way.

He has painted most of the inside of our home and will be doing the exterior and garage doors this Spring. He knows my style and I trust him so much he can pick out the colors..........He even has our garage code.......We absolutely love how he has transformed our home, including bathroom cabinets, pillars, vaulted ceilings....Hard working man with a great crew.........When they left the job daily you couldn't even tell they were here. Cleaned up everyday. Highly recommend Lomonte Painting. He's up on the latest colors and painting techniques. Dustin is very creative and it shows in his work..............I have before and after pictures if you'd like to see them.....He loves what he does and it shows. He has painted most of my 5,000 square foot home.....

They were very reliable in their estimating, quality control, and execution. I was unsure what would be involved in removing wallpaper and resurfacing the walls underneath. But they did such a good job that you couldn't see any evidence that the walls previously had wallpaper. It was a whole house job for which the crew of six were all professional, friendly, helpful, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Their completion of the job in a timely manner helped us keep our move in schedule on track.

I can't say enough about the owner, Dustin Lomonte, and his crew. Dustin spent about 40 minutes with me while preparing an estimate. He asked lots of questions and made several good suggestions. He was personable and seemed genuinely to care about doing a quality job. In contrast, another painting company (also highly rated on Angie's List) spent only about 10 minutes with me, took a few measurements, and left. The other guy's estimate was lower than Dustin's but I had a much better feeling about Lomonte. The crew showed up when Dustin said they would, and for four days I had four to six guys swarming over my house. Not only were they very professional and conscientious, but also fun to work with and always agreeable to addressing my requests. After I picked out paint colors and Dustin had bought 11 gallons of custom-mixed paint, I had second thoughts about both the body and accent colors. Dustin made a couple of trips back to the paint store and worked with the store to adjust the colors to the degree possible. The crew was careful not to tread on some landscaping plants in my front yard. After the painting was finished, several of the men went around the entire house with a brush looking for any spots they had missed. Dustin then had me do a walk-around with him before I signed off on the job. Shortly after the crew left, I spotted a small area of rot high up on the back of the house that had somehow been missed. Dustin cheerfully came back a few days later and patched and painted it. While the job wasn't cheap, I thought it was well worth it, considering the amount of work involved and the quality result. Lomonte gets my wholehearted recommendation.

They were very nice. They fixed drywall in the garage and the drywall was done very nicely. There was a slight change that needed to be done and Dustin followed up and did the item.

After a couple days of working out when he could make it over, Dustin stopped by and checked for water damage. We decided not to submit a claim to our insurance, opting to replace all the damaged flooring when we remodel the kitchen and dining room. He gave us advice for our prospective remodel, painting an accent wall, and fixing the carpet we pulled up to dry out the pads. He didn't charge us anything for coming out.

OUTSTANDING!! When I called for a bid, Dustin was here in less than an hour. We did the walk around and he was very detailed in explaining his bid. I was very impressed with his knowledge and his determination to provide an excellent product. He was very helpfull in selecting color and finish. Used Sherwin Williams Super Paint throughout, a little bit more expensive but well worth the cost. The guys on the crew were first rate. They were on the job at 7:00 am sharp every morning and when they left for the day the site was cleaned like they had never been there. They offered suggestions on finishing some of the trim and these turned out really great. They were unbelievably thorough in their work. When the job was done, I walked around the house several times and could not find a single thing that wasn't perfect. The final cost was exactly as bid. The entire Lomonte crew is extremely professional and I would highy recommend them to anyone.

Overall, the experience was great. He made the process so interruption-free, it was like he wasn’t even there; cleaned up everything and covered everything while he was doing the work. He also helped us make some decisions about other things we wanted to do, which was very helpful. He was very professional and did an outstanding job!

The ceilings were outstanding with two coats of paint and he even patched a couple of holes that had been there for years. His estimate was exactly as we agreed upon at our first meeting. At the end of the job we discussed some other projects that he indicated he would have an interest in making a bid. He had some suggestions that were very helpful in planning these projects. Due to his professionalism, courtesy, doing extra work, without requesting compensation, I tipped him an extra sum, which he did not expect and indicated it was not necessary and denied the tip. I paid it anyway for the reasons stated above. I would have this man/company back to do work at my home anytime without reservation!

They are a great company. They did a great job. The gentleman who owns the company is a very nice man. He is very personable and professional. The work only took three days.

Dustin is great to work with. Out of all the bids I received, Dustin was the only one that wanted to meet with me. He discussed my options and explained what the crew would be doing. The crew was wonderful and they cleaned up everything nice. You would not know they were there, except the house was painted and looks GREAT!!!!

They started on time and worked very quickly. The painting was done very well and they even did some extra work that was beyond what was agreed too. I was able to get Dustin to come back and do a last minute add on item, a window frame in the bathroom was peeling more than I first saw. He came back and did the work in about an hour. The additional charge was very reasonable. They only took about 2 days and were completely done. Dustin was very easy to contact most of the time I talked with him on the first call. In not, he called back in a short time. I would use Lomonte Painting again.

My family has been trusting Dustin's company to do work many times this year. The home builders that built the house new in 1996 did not properly caulk and use the metal trim they should have to water-proof the trim. I did not know they had taken short-cuts until it was pointed out by Dustin and crew. I'd rather pay for the job to be done right rather than someone decide that for me and not tell me like the homebuilder did. I was impressed that Dustin could have done the same thing, but advised me of the extra work I could get done to permanently stop the rotting problem. He added some trim to the house that should have been there originally and made it look much better than it had. After the fair price and the fact that he didn't charge me any more to do those helpful things he showed me, we decided to get other jobs done that we didn't think we could get done affordably. I had tried to put up some sheets of material to keep the water above our shower from soaking into the drywall and my wife had been asking me to 'fix' the fix-up job I tried to do for years. Dustin gave me a couple of ideas and we chose the one we liked the most and are very happy with the professional result. Dustin doesn't mind fixing my do-it-yourself projects that I started or did wrong and he didn't even criticize me for it! Dustin's crew came up with a design for our staircase, used superior material, and we now have a beautiful, wide staircase with 2 landings leading down to the back yard and we even got a refund of some of the material when the job was done! We plan on having Lomonte Painting install 2 thermal windows in the front, replace & paint the fancy trim around the bedroom windows, and help get some of the interior rooms painted. No matter who has been working here on whatever project, Dustin always makes sure everyone keeps the job quality the best and does it for a fair price. He is My Contractor!

Dustin worked with us on our insurance claim and his customer service is great. We were very pleased with the work that was completed and will definitely be using him again!
