Description of Work: Bought coupon on May 1. Sent a quick email to company, saying I bought the coupon and am interested in scheduling a project, as I'm moving into new house. (Knowing that we are getting into the busy paint season). Contractor calls a week later, says his emails are going into junk mail. Apologizes, and says we can set up a time to review job site, same week, and schedule a time, the next week. Never heard from him after that. Gave him more than adequate 'space' and leverage. It's the non-communication that killed this relationship. I needed this to be done or a job scheduled, as I was in the middle of moving.

Description of Work: The ceiling of a very large room (28 x 30) was deteriorating. Lamonte came and estimated that it would take three days. It took three days. They removed the popcorn ceiling, repaired drywall, and breaks in the molding. When finished, none of the flaws were seen. The workmen were courteous and professional. I would call them again if I need painting.

Description of Work: Lomonte Painting did a good job overall and worked with my wife to get everything just right. I was out of town during that week they painted my house and Lomonte Paint was very responsive and got the job done and in the timeframe I needed the work completed. Everything turned out good and Lomonte Paint insisted that we do a complete walk around and look at every side of the house. The walk around went well and Lomonte Paint identified a few things that I did not see had quickly fixed it (applied more paint). I would hire them again in the future to do more painting.

+ -1 moreI got several quotes, and Dustin was only few bucks more than the cheapest bid, but he spent a lot of time with us during the bid and gave us confidence that he would do the work right. He arrived on time, and completed all the work in a single day. In the end, he had to replace a bit more wood than he thought, but he stuck with his original price estimate. The finished result looks great.
Description of Work: Dustin and his crew repaired some rotted wood, recaulked and repainted all our trim to match our new vinyl windows.

+ 2 moreWhen we hired Dustin to paint the exterior of the house I was impressed with his knowledge and honesty. We also added ceiling repairs from water damage and repairs to our skylight area. He painted the kitchen and repaired an area in the drywall of a bedroom and it. We needed a shutoff valve under a sink and he installed one. He is a very talented, energetic and enthusiastic worker. He has a wonderful crew that work very well together. Real Teamwork is so evident in this company and you can tell they are haooy with what they are doing. A large advantage I found working with Dustin and his crew was their knowledge of color. The paints we discussed (largely Dustin's input) made such a difference in both the interior and exterior of the house. Having Dustin and his team here made for an extremely pleasant four days. We would hire Dustin again and would recommend his work to our neighbors and friends.
Description of Work: Dustin did exterior painting for us and made minor repairs to wood rot. He repaired water damage to kitchen ceiling and made repairs around our skylights. He painted kitchen and installed shut off valve under kitchen sink. Drywall was repaired and bedroom painted.

+ 1 moreI initially hired Dustin Lomonte to repair interior water damage to my dining room ceiling and wall earlier this Spring as part of a State Farm insurance claim, and was extremely pleased with the results. Recently, I decided to begin gradually painting the interior of my home a few rooms at a time, along with replacing the rooms' old wooden frame windows. I was very satisfied with the results! Dustin and his crew not only perform quality work, but also were very patient with my requests and observations during the job. I plans to hire him again this Fall to repair exterior wood rot and replace damaged cedar shingles on the dormers.
Description of Work: Lomonte painted the "TV" room and hall areas, and replaced both windows in the "TV" room. Upon removal of the front window, water damage was discovered in the framing and the underlying plywood below the window. Repair of the damage also required replacement of the water barriers and cedar shingles around and especially below the window. The color match on the exterior shingles was absolutely perfect.
