Wall 2 Wall was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduling an appointment. I was not home for the siding wash and gutter cleaning, but they were very rushed during the window cleaning and there were portions in the corners of our upstairs windows that were missed. They were otherwise professional and prompt, but considering I paid more than what other companies were quoting, I was expecting the absolute best. Also, they left our fence wide open - we should have known to check first, but our dogs got loose. This may seem like a silly complaint but other home service companies we’ve used have always put everything back as we left them. Overall, it’s a better job than we could have done ourselves, but I feel like the $600+ price tag was overpriced for the quality we received.

My house was vacant aside from some clutter in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. I assumed they wouldn't clean these 2 places and was fine with that. However, given that I had just put in new carpet and had the would floors recently refinished, that left only a handful of places that needed actual cleaning. There was some duck tape residue on the basement floor that was not touched. This was probably my main reason for hiring professional cleaners. When they requested feedback and I mentioned the residue, they responded that they tried to clean it but don't have any residue remover. I responded that they should let people know there are things they don't clean as part of their 'deep cleaning' service, which is one of the main reasons for this review. On top of that, they didn't do some of the basic stuff. They had a checklist they left and some items were clearly marked as being cleaned but were not (to be fair I don't know whether they were skipped, it's possible they were just badly cleaned to the point that I couldn't tell the difference, which I guess is a slightly better alternative). The most obvious ones were the basement floor wasn't mopped and blinds weren't cleaned. The blinds seemed to look worse for some strange reason - several large brown spots that looked like spills from soda. My response to their feedback request basically said that my main objective in hiring them was to get my house completely clean before selling it, with price a secondary concern. I would have happily given them more money to get the house actually clean. I was ready to chalk it up to a bad experience but their response to my feedback was very defensive (attached pics of the places with clutter they couldn't get to, which I didn't even mention in my feedback) and didn't address anything I actually did say aside from telling me they don't clean duck tape residue (and didn't offer to come back and clean anything they missed). I felt like I gave them some good feedback that was ignored - i.e. when someone says they are getting their house cleaned in order to sell it, just walk through the house and clean what needs to be cleaned, whether it's on a checklist or not. If something seems difficult, contact the customer to let them know it will take X amount of hours and ask if that's acceptable, rather than just not doing it. C minus grade bordering on D.

Missy and Andrea came to my house today to do a deep clean. Over the past several weeks I have had contractors in the house doing a variety of jobs. As a result I needed someone who could spend the time to clean thoroughly. Missy and Andrea of Wall to Wall arrived at 8:30 and left at 2:30. They did an amazing job. They got right to work and never stopped until the house sparkled. The next time I need the house “detailed” I will call WallToWall and I will ask for Missy and Andrea!

Was very pleased with how well they cleaned my siding. The difference was night and day. All mold on north-side of house was completely removed and they provide an 18 month guarantee if any mold returns they will re-clean. The fellow that did the cleaning was on time and did a professional job.

I had a good house cleaning crew at first but then the crew leader left and the service went south fast. They did not perform the cleaning services listed and I called them back to show them where baseboards were not cleaned, floor under the sofa was not dry mopped or vacuumed and they even left blank tennis shoe prints on my bathroom tile floor. That was the last straw, fired them after that and would not refer them to others. I also used them to pressure wash a house we were selling and then to window clean. The power wash was satisfactorily completed however, the window cleaning was not up to par. I called them back out and was told it would take too long to do it right! This all took place about 2 to 21/2 years ago but I will not use them again.

They did a great job cleaning my house. They were responsive in setting up an appointment in time for an event. The cleaning crew showed up right on time and did a very thorough cleaning job.

The results were not satisfactory. They charged him $273 and virtually did nothing. His mom took photos after they left and then proceeded to reclean the entire house. They have sent numerous messages to the company with no response, no resolution, and certainly no refund.

Wow, Wall2Wall is GREAT! Our siding, gutters, and windows look awesome. The results definitely justified the price paid. We will be calling them again.

They were recommended by a friend of ours that used them. The price is reasonable. As far as washing the windows themselves inside and out and the screen goes, they did very well. They did tell us beforehand that the tracks, they don’t get into the corners of the tracks because it would just be too time consuming which I totally understand. Even our friends that used them said the same thing but I was disappointed in what they did do in the tracks. They really did not do a good job in my opinion. We had 2 glass sliding doors and they didn’t clean those tracks at all which they didn’t tell me they weren’t going to do that. As far as the cleaning the windows go, they were terrific and the price was good but I was not happy with that. They do a really good job on the windows but you’re going to have to do some work yourself on the tracks.

I was happy with the service. The job came out better than expected. Worth the money for a two story home.

The sub-contractors cleaned up their respective 'messes'. The provider did a good job dealing with what was left. While they got most of the remaining 'mess', my wife and I were left with some cleanup that we were surprised to see (eg. dust along baseboard). We MAY use this provider again.

They were fantastic. When I called they were very helpful; they were on time and were here most of the day. They did a great job, were very polite, and were well dressed for work. I would use them again. No plants were damaged, they were careful.

They are streaky. If I could do this myself, I would, but do not have the equipment to reach these windows.

Just fine. It looked so much better. The siding was done very well. However when I looked at the gutters, they were still really gross. I didn't know you had to pay extra for that.

Wall 2 Wall did an excellent job with our windows! They are super clean and sparkling! The guy we had washing the windows was very nice and personable. I definitely recommend them and will use their services for window washing again.

I purchased an Angie's List Deal for window cleaning. The deal included shower door but I did not have a shower door. I received an email after purchasing the Deal to call and schedule my appointment. I called to discuss the possible scheduleing options given that it was winter and let them know I had no shower door. The scheduler looked at the calendar and the weather while I was on the phone. We picked the date based on the weather. It turned out to be a perfect winter day for window cleaning. They showed up in the arranged time frame. The window cleaner asked me to show him the windows I wanted cleaned, 15 was the allotment for the Deal. Since I had no shower door, he included my patio door for no additional charge. I was happy with the service in every way. My windows, sills, and screens were cleaned. It was a nice treat to look out sparkling clean windows.
