The foyer bath had a fiberglass shower unit, old vanity and flooring. It now has a jetted tub, tiled shower surround, new convenience height vanity, and looks awesome. The master bath was horrible! A bi-fold door for linen closet, fiberglass shower unit and old style double sink vanity and wall medicine cabinet. Typical condo galley style master bathroom. The linen closet was removed, yet I don't miss any storage due to the new double vanity including many drawers, plus a 24and quot; vanity in place where the linen closet was, the granite top matches the double vanity top opposite. A custom glass surround was designed to open up the shower area. Larry's expertise offered a framed look around the shower head and fixtures, inset shelf in the tiled wall, plus a beautiful custom shower pan to accent the stone on the walls. The double vanity side has a custom backsplash designed using the same stone used in the shower area, and pencil trim to accent the area over a customer granite top. One benefit is that this Larry and his company have excellent ideas to design your space. From my experience, many times the home owner does not want to use the contractor on another project. I would recommend Larry and Tile Etc for your projects.
Description of Work: Larry and his staff remodeled two bathrooms in my condo.

I am a big fan of Tile, Etc. Larry (the owner of Tile, Etc.) previously did our kitchen remodel, but this review is specific to our bathroom upgrades. In the master bath, they increased our shower size to a much more comfortable space, lifted our vanity to be a better size for me (I'm 6'5") and my wife, and tiled the entire floor, bath tub walls, and the shower floor and walls. Larry was extremely helpful in recommending specific tile selection and in the design work for the walls and floors. He and his crew are very particular about design and detail - making sure each tile is level and perfectly spaced with the neighboring tiles. He made our master bath come to life with his extreme detail skills. They also upgraded our second bath to a tile tub/shower and floor tiles, changing it from a regular bathroom to one that invites comments from guests. Lastly, he helped improve the downstairs half bath to match the kitchen he did the previous year by adding granite counters in the half. Everything was done with complete professionalism, and within the original quote he provided (except for upgrades we requested during the project). We have recommended Tile Etc to friends, and remained friends with those we have - a good thing when recommending contractors.
Description of Work: We have used Tile Etc multiple times. The most recent was a remodel of the master bath, second bath, and an upgrade to our half bath.

.Excellent!
Description of Work: Tile Etc, LLC was on the recommendation list from a tile shop. Larry from Tile Etc., LLC came to our house to give us a quote after taking careful measurements. He was very polite, answered all of our questions and gave us suggestions. We received 2 other quotes for the job and felt that his was very reasonable. He showed us pictures of other work that he had done from small jobs to complete bathroom makeovers. We had 4 bathroom floors replaced with tile. It took about 3 days. His crew was very polite and cleaned up each day as their work progressed. They covered my carpet with cloth tarps and were very careful with walls and furniture. His quote was for the labor. So your final cost will depend of the quality/price of tile that you choose, plus the grout, perma base boards etc. (about $300 for the 4 rooms) He picked up the tile for us. We are enjoying our new bathroom floors tremendously. So glad we used Larry and his crew. Our total cost for 3 (25 sq ft. bathroom floors) and 1 (70 sq ft.) was $2,800. All unused tile could be returned.

Work was done when promised, and high quality. Would use again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Tile was installed in sun room addition. We had used this company before when they did the back splash on our kitchen remodel a year earlier and were very impressed with his attention to detail and high quality of work. Though we used the same floor tile as in our kitchen remodel this tile was done much better than another company did on the kitchen.
