 + -1 moreThis has been a horrible experience. The Mad Hatter has the worst customer service. I purchased a Treager smoker that's been defective from the beginning. I tried to return it within 30 days and the owner told me he wouldn't take it back because it had been used, They wouldn't make any repairs either. I would never recommend this company.

 + -1 moreThe Mad Hatter came out in a timely fashion and serviced our fireplace. They were very professional and it brought us comfort in knowing it was safe to snuggle up to a warm fire on a cold night. We also found out upon their arrival that they sale products such as inserts for fireplaces and BBQ pits for outdoor entertaining in the summer months. We would definitely recommend The Mad Hatter to our family & friends! Top notch service!

 + -1 moreFall is in the air, wood is cut it was time for the chimney to be swept and professionally inspected. The technician was prompt, friendly, courteous and professional. A level one 1 inspection was performed and documented. The fire box and glass were cleaned. The area in front of the fireplace was protected and kept clean. I would recommend this service technician (Mike) and company.
Description of Work: The fireplace was cleaned, glass cleaned and chimney swept. The chimney was inspected using a camera.
