Horrible!! Completely and utterly terrible service. I called 4 days prior to make an appointment and was told the technician would be there between 10 & 2. Come 2:15 and not a word from anyone, I called up and was told they "lost" the appointment. Lost it! So not only did I waste half of a day waiting for someone who never showed up, they didn't even order the glass so they couldn't have replaced it anyways! Nor did they offer to make any type of effort to remedy the situation. This type of "service" is wholly unacceptable. Do NOT use them - steer clear!
Description of Work: It's what they DIDN'T do! They didn't even bother showing up!! They "lost" my appointment, and made me wait for half a day on a day I had taken off work for. So I lost money from my time off of work in addition to NOT having the work done!!!

Called the vendor on Thursday and was given an estimate and a Friday morning appointment. When I stated that I wouldn't be using insurance (due to the deductible), he gave me his best "cash price" which was $20 less. I arrived at the agreed upon time and the vendor went to work immediately. About 40 minutes later the work was completed. Everything was done well and very professionally. Would definitely recommend this business!

We needed a windshield replaced. I contacted several companies for bids. I decided to to go with Spectrum. Our first appointment had a communication error we were not on the schedule. When I called there was no questions asked the problem was solved and the windshield was replaced. Everyone I spoke with was professional. I cannot remember the last time I was treated so well by a company. While I hope I do not need glass services again, I can assure you when I do it will be Spectrum.

excellent service. I called around and compared pricing. theirs was the best. THEN they offered a military discount. (our insurance doesn't cover windshield service) the service man was prompt, fast and helpful. we have a little car that gets pelted with rocks, so we were interested in any additional protective measures/applications. he was honest in telling us what would actually help vs what would make them more money.

Description of Work: Replaced the windshield on a 2013 Toyota Sienna. They offered to come to the house but the weather was quite cool so I took it to there shop. I made an appointment and they were ready when I arrived. They said it would take approximately 1/2 hour and it did. Pleasant people and excellent service

Description of Work: I had a broken outer pane of a double hung window. Spectrum made one visit to view the damage and take measurements. They ordered a replacement pane, then made a second visit to install it. Service was excellent and on-time. The job was a little pricey (I think), but overall it was a good experience.

Russ was great; on time for the quote and then on time once the job started. They did not try to get repair windows that did not quite need it. They were fast and went above beyond what was asked for. I will use them again for other windows as needed.

Spectrum offered a free quote and a reasonable price for the repairs needed. Once the glass was ordered and the weather allowed, the install was as expected. No additional charges which in my experience contractors like to throw at you after the fact. They also fixed a broken doorknob on a door he went in and out of. He said it was bugging him. :) Very nice gesture. Truly above and beyond... Hopefully we don't ever need to, but we would absolutely use them again if needed. Would also recommend.

Spectrum Glass Inc had to re-order, they took $50 off our bill. They calculated the door and they were kind enough to take money off the bill. We greatly appreciated them doing it. They're customer-focused and have great attention to detail because they wanted to do it right. The only things was my husband was looking to replace the windshield on his car because it got a crack in it andwe got a voice mail saying they will call us back and since they didn't pick-up we went with somebody else who was able to pick-up right away.

Description of Work: Our car windshield cracked recently, and when we asked our car service center to replace it, they recommended "Spectrum Glass" of O'Fallon, MO. The dealer stated they used Spectrum for all thier glass needs. When I called, the representative was thorough and professional. I was impressed that they had the windshield in stock and could schedule the replacement quickly. On the day of my appointment (at my house), the technican was on time and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and experienced in replacement of windshields . He explained what he was doing, and was quick and efficient. When finished, he cleaned up the area around the car, and spent extra time and care removing any excess sealant from the windshield and car. This technican demonstrated pride and professionalism in all aspects of his work, and representation of his company. We will utilize "Specturm Glass" in meeting all our future glass needs.

While mowing, husband kicked up a rock and it shattered the patio door glass on one side of the door. We called several places to get someone to come out and give us an estimate and measure for a replacement glass, Spectrum Glass Inc, was the only company that offered to come out and remove the shattered section and clean it up. They came out promptly and indeed removed the shattered mess, cleaned it up from the patio and measured the replacement. They worked with us on a day and time to replace it and came that day and quickly installed the new glass. They cleaned up any debri left and removed the old frame and remaining section of old glass to dispose of. The price was quite fair and considerably less than other estimates we received. Very happy with their work and price!!
