Choosing this company to install my grandparents pool was the worst decision. Had we known the nightmare it would be working with them (starting from day 1)... we would have never worked with them. Our experience spans 3 summers so this isn’t a reactive response, but one that’s complied over several years. Same awful experience year after year. First off, Patty in the office is rude, unresponsive and has zero customer service. Initially, our biggest complaint was the lack of communication. Never any communication on next steps of the project. Contractors would just show up without notice. Every phone call asking for information or timelines led to curt responses and excuses. Then there were the things done wrong in the project. They installed the wrong tile onto the pool. They did the plumbing wrong for the pool which was pointed out to us by a highly reputable pool company. Several issues with the pool and they don’t want to help remedy mechanical issues still under warranty but not working properly. We would love nothing more than to wash our hands of this company entirely... unfortunately, other pool companies only want to service pools they install. Steer away from this company.

This company is terrific and if wanting to invest in a pool, not only is fiberglass the way to go, but R&R is the company you want to choose. They had a very difficult job as my backyard had many challenges; however, they were able to overcome everything from beginning to end. From the very start having Patty assist me in getting started to the professional crew who handled all my grading and yard work to make my backyard spectacular was amazing. The owners are hands on and involved with the project. I look forward to being a long term customer in my pool needs.

I called R and R swimming pool in late May. They quickly came out to my property and gave me an estimate, of $3700.00. They offered a reduction of $700.00 if they were able to keep the swimming pool intact when it was removed. That was not possible. The two gentlemen I spoke with advised me up front that because of all the rain this year they were running behind in installing swimming pools, but they would do the job if I could be patient and work with them on schedules. They had to remove some of my fencing and very large equipment had to come up my driveway. (part of the driveway will need replacement). Once they came they all worked very efficiently and got the pool taken care of. Overall I was pleased with the work and they did what they said they would do, at the price that was quoted. They replaced the fencing that had been removed, and put in back in place. Unfortunately the fencing now looks messy. It can however be corrected. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wanting a pool removed. They have the know how, and they own their own equipment which is important when it comes to scheduling. Because they are professionals I never worried about what might go wrong. Peace of mind is an important factor when large excavating equipment is so close to your home.

They did a good job.

When they tell you they are going to be here, they get here as soon as they can. They do an excellent job and when they are finished, everything is cleaned up and then they are gone. They don't even wait for the check, you just mail it to them. They're very good and have been excellent to work with.
