Description of Work: The man that called and came out the first time was Dave C., he inspected my roof and garage and shed and said he found several issues with hail damage, wind damage and damage to my fascia and vents. He instructed me to call my Ins man and place a claim which I did, The adjuster came out and Dave was also there, after the inspection the adjuster found nothing like Dave found. He told me to contact my Ins man again and complain which I did. he said that when the other adjuster came out he would be there. He never showed, I called him twice and he never returned my calls. The adjuster left stating he found less damage than the first one. So either the adjusters are not trained to look at roofs or he is not trained to look at roofs I will let you decide. At the very least I expected some response I received NONE. I intend to put a new roof on but I will NOT use this company they are not trustworthy and are unreliable and I expect their workmanship to be the same !!!!!!!

Description of Work: John, the representative with Quality Roof showed up, explained the scope of work needed. I then called my insurance company and John handled the rest. We are more than satisfied with the results. Great work, great price, GREAT job,JOHN. Thanks soo much
