It went very well. They did a great job and consistently checked to ensure that they met my expectations.

Even though there was a siding issue when roof was complete Ed worked very hard to solve the issue to my satisfaction, over all i am very happy and would use again.

Was very pleased overall with all the work that was done. Field representative Ed C. was most helpful in meeting with the insurance adjusters and making sure all of my needs were addressed. He was on top of the process from start to completion. The roofing crew and the siding crew both appear to have done an excellent job. They were organized, hard-working, and skilled. Ed also did some extra work in replacing garage siding that was not included in the insurance estimates - he did a nice job on that and the cost of it was very reasonable. Glitches were minor. Would not hesitate to use Quality Roofing and Contracting again, or to recommend to others.

I was totally impressed with this company and everyone with which I had contact. Their field representative was outstanding! I have never worked with a more knowledgeable and pleasant person - Kim Gjere!!! He is a true professional and an outstanding representative of QR&C. I never asked a question that he did not fully explain and his personable nature was really refreshing. His follow-up on the gutters and fascia board (minor) mistakes really impressed me. Every email and phone conversation with the Quality Roofing staff was very timely and informative... AND - I have a beautiful roof to prove it! I'd like to personally thank them for their work and support on this very important project...

Before I get into how well did it go I?d like to pass on some information on my process for picking Quality Roofing. I checked the reviews on Angie?s List. I contacted the BBB. I checked out Quality Roofing?s web-page. They said they were a family owned business. Nice pictures of the family and staff. I called to have a representative come out and inspect my roof and gutters. A clean cut well groomed and dressed young man shows up to inspect the problems I?m having. He leaves you with a fancy brochure with pages of testimonials and photos of work that has been done by his company. Angie?s magazine had an article a few months back on the guy who shows up is the FACE of the company. Don?t be fooled. Before you commit to having work done you need to ask if the work will be done by the company or will they use sub-contractors. Here?s how it went. I never got a call for when the roofing job would be done. One afternoon a large white truck was parked in front of my house. The truck didn?t have any lettering on it. I was suspicious because our neighborhood has had several robberies. Two young men are walking up to my front door. I open the door and neither of them announced who they were. They shoved a piece of paper at me and pointed to the highlighted areas. I was supposed to figure out that they wanted to know what gutters had to be replaced. They didn?t have a clue and they were pointing to different areas of my roof. I was able to show them what gutters had to be replaced but when I tried to explain what other work had to be accomplished I knew they didn?t have a clue as to what I was saying or what they had to do. I don?t speak Spanish and they didn?t speak English. After an hour or so I noticed another truck parked near my mailbox. I assumed it was their supervisor but by the time I went out to talk to him he had already left. I sent a letter to the owner of Quality Roofing about my disappointment but I never got an answer. 10/19/13 It took over two months before we got any rain to determine how well the gutters work. I emailed the salesman several times and included photos showing the run-off I have over the gutter on the garage side of the house. 10/31/13 On my last email to the salesman I told him since I haven?t heard from you or the owner of the company I?m ready to write my review on Angie?s List. I got a call from the project manager the next day and we set up a date for him to come out the following week. The project manager showed up with the gutter guy. We discussed the issues and the gutter guy was going to come out on Sat 11/9/13. He was going to call me prior to coming out. He was a no-call, no-show guy on Sat. I waited and figured he meant the following Sat. 11/16/13. He was a no-call, no-show guy again. 11/25/13 I emailed the project supervisor and informed him that his gutter guys didn?t show up. In the meantime I have a gutter that?s pouring rain off the roof and creating a big hole near my foundation. 11/26/13 The sub-contractor called and said he would be out the next day. When he did arrive he apologized for not showing up a few weeks earlier because he had the flu. He also told me that Quality Roofing got on his case for not fixing the problem. My interaction with him was positive. He fixed the problem and suggested that he would take care of any problems in the future. We?ll see how it goes the next time it rains. If Quality Roofing is going to send sub-contractors to a job they need to teach them how to approach the customer. I should?ve gotten a call when the work was scheduled. The supervisor should?ve come out with the gutter guys so he could explain to his workers what needed to be done.

Excellent. Highly recommend, Ed Casaletto was honest, dependable and absolutely accurate on repairs and costs. He went above and beyond to help give great customer service to anyone he helps. The workers were professional, honest and dependable. It took care of the problem and he suggested other things also. Will use again. Ed Casaletto is the BEST!!!

I am extremely happy with Quality Roofing. We were first visited by Ed Casaletto and he remained our primary contact for estimating, coordinating with our insurance company, overseeing the work, and personally performing the carpentry work on our front door frame. Ed did everything he could to make the experience as painless as possible, including working through numerous issues with the insurance adjuster. We had major issues with the estimate and payment from our insurance company, and Ed and the people at the Quality Roofing office worked extremely hard to work through those issues. The first work that Quality Roofing did for us was replace our 10+ year old roof with a new roof or architectural shingles and a ridge vent. The team did a great job, finished in one day, and the roof looks great. We had to pay for most of the roof ourselves since the insurance company would only pay for a small portion, and I feel like we got a great value for a very reasonable price, especially after the 5% discount. In addition to the roof, everything Quality Roofing did was of high quality. We had some serious damage to the door frame for our front door and Ed made sure it was repaired as good as new. It was difficult finding siding that matched the siding on our house, but Quality Roofing searched until they found the correct siding and we cannot tell there had ever been any damage done. They coordinated with another company to replace our garage door. We got a high quality door that looks much better than the old one. Gutters, gutter guards, and fascia were replaced due to tree, wind, and hail damage and all look great. They even took care of minor things like removing the bottom half of our basketball goal after the top half was blown off by the tornado. Ed and the rest of his team were a pleasure to deal with. They worked around my and my wife's schedules, were easy to reach by phone and e-mail, and always got back to us promptly. I will definitely use them again.

I worked with Ed Casletto, who was a pleasure to deal with. He was punctual, and if he was going to be late he called to say so. He wrote a fair estimate and stuck to it. He also gave me some advice on some other work I wanted to have done at a later date. He kept in contact frequently to let me know what was going on at all times. I would definitely ask for him by name in the future.

He was very thorough. Offered advice on other repairs needed from the tornado.

The work was performed well and in a very professional manner. We had a follow up question the following day and they were very responsive.

Our hail storm damage occurred in June 2012 and we had work done by Quality during mostly September and October. The delay between damage and work performed was not the fault of Quality as we spent much time in deciding what kind of roof we wanted on the home and ultimately decided on a steel roof as our best option. The work supervised by Quality as noted above went well with some minor complaints about sealing, caulking and gutter pitch which was corrected to an adequate degree. Overall, If you have an insurance company that does not seem reasonable in their damage estimates I would definitely give Quality a look.

All I will say is that is was not a pleasant experience.

When we had a bad hail storm my roof was damaged I called a friend and she told me about Quility Roofing. She gave me there phone number and I called to get an estimate. They came out the next day right when they said they would gave me a quote I told them Ill think about it and call them back. I called them and they came out and I had my new roof put up the next week. I am very happy with my roof and all my neighbors love it too a couple of my neighbors called to get the name and number for Quality cause they liked the job they did for me.

The sevice was great and due to the managing of the project by Quality employee ED CASALETTO!! The workers completed the roofing part of job in one day and cleaned up the area after completing the roofing task. NO PROBLEMS!

I called in to quality to come look at my house because of the storms we had this year. I used them because of all the signs I had seen in my neighborhood that used them. I spoke to Kim on the phone and he was out to look at my roof the same day! He told me that I did in fact have storm damage. He told me I would not have to worry about anything and that Quality would work directly with my insurance. He had everything approved and finished within a month!! Everyone at Quality was wonderful to work with. They did a great job in a short time and I am just thrilled with my new roof, gutters and siding! I would recommend them to anyone.

I contacted Quality Roofing, salesman came out and spent a lot of time on inspection and discussion with me. He was very knowledgable and provided good product samples for me to review. All this was done with absolutely no pressure. After I selected the specific color of roof ( I upgraded to the architectual shingles) and color of gutter, the process began. I was informed when the work would be done, it was done in a very professional manner, one crew did the roof and another crew did the gutters, both professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after work was done. Price was what was discussed, no surprises. They handled everything with the insurance company. What more could you ask for? I would highly recommend them!

I had one of their estimators out after the hail storm on St. Patrick's Day, they were listed in the chamber of commerce and on AL. The man was nice and professional, he was about fifteen minutes late but when he arrived he looked at our roof and told us that he did see alot of hail damage and that he would meet with the insurance company adjuster to help make sure we got approved for the repair monies. The adjuster came out and he was nice also, USAA Insurance, and they did approve us to get a new roof and gutters. A couple of weeks later the crew showed up early in the morning and they were done by noon. They put out yellow caution tape and safety cones around their trucks. they were very fast and curteous and I upgraded to an architectural shingle and for the money, I love the looks of our new roof. Overall the company Quality Roofing did a very professional job, they handled everything with the insurance company and they did a great job. I have and will continue to refer them to friends and neigbors

The process was made easy from start to finish by everyone I encountered at Quality Roofing & Contracting. Our roof was damaged from the storm so they came out and detailed all the damage for me. I called my insurance company and they came out but denied my initial claim. My field consultant was excellent in working with the insurance company and got a re-inspection. They came out and met with the insurance company and pointed out all the damage and got my roof approved! I was really worried about the construction process however, Quality eased my fears and provided me with good instruction on what to expect. The day of construction the crew was nice and took great care to ensure my landscaping was covered and would not get harmed in the process. The crew did an excellent job with clean up and did a through job running a magnet thru my yard to ensure there were no materials left over. This was comforting to know as I have kids and dogs that play in the yard. The gutters and screens were replaced with the same amount of care and professionalism. I did have some questions about the insurance paperwork I received and was able to stop by their office while iin O'Fallon one day. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks to Matt, John and Jennifer for a job well done!!!

It went very well. They were very punctual and responsive.

We had our roof replaced after we received significant hail damage from this spring's storms. In fact, our insurance ajduster whom inspected the roof originally, did not capture the damage. We had shingles on the ground and knew that the inspector did not climb on our roof for a proper inspection. I received a referral from a co-worker, to use Quality Roofing and Contracting. They also had significant storm damage this Spring. We called Quality Roofing and Contracting who came out and inspected the roof and pointed out the obvious hail damage on our roof and window screens. We called the insurance company and requested a new adjuster and Quality Roofing came to our house at the same time. He got on the roof with the adjuster to point out the damage. The insurance company tried to then just offer to replace all the shingles on our house, but not the attached garage. (With the major tornadoes and storm damage from early spring, we figured the insurance company was trying to reduce their exposure by not approving legit hail damage claims.) Our roofing rep Matt (the owner), who came on site immediately and resolved the situation with the adjuster, and the roof on the garage was approved too.The new roof materials showed up on time, and they completed the entire house and garage in one day. I am very happy with this contractor and their professionalism.
