I WAS AWAY ONE DAY AND THE COMPANY CAME AND GAVE AN ESTIMATE AND PUT IT IN MY DOOR (WE HAD AN PRE-ARRANGED TIME FOR 4:00 THAT DAY AND HE SHOWED AROUND NOON OR BEFORE). I CALLED AND LEFT MESSAGES, WANTING TO TALK TO SOMEONE REGARDING THE ESTIMATE. NO ONE RETURNED THE CALL. HIS WIFE FINALLY CALLED ASKING WHEN I WANTED THE JOB STARTED; I TOLD HER I HAD ALREADY OBTAINED ANOTHER CONTRACT DUE TO THEM NOT BEING RESPONSIVE.
Description of Work: I CONTACTED THE COMPANY FOR AN ESTIMATE FOR WRAPPING ALUMINUM AROUND MY WINDOWS (MY HOME IS BRICK AND I HAVE 22 WINDOWS).
