We appreciated Nate's professional work, efficiency, communication and timeliness. He was focused on what needed to be done, took the time to prep (covered furniture, put up tape where necessary, set up his equipment) and after he was done, cleaned up, vacuumed and kept his equipment together and out of the way. I'm a picky customer when it comes to a steady hand where the ceiling and wall meet and he did great! I also have wood flooring and was delighted to see no paint stains on my floor even after he painted the baseboards. In short, we are happy with Nate's services and would rehire him again. Oh, his price was also reasonable. (I got three quotes on this paint project).

We recently moved to Missouri and after interviewing three painters we hired Nate to paint the interior of our house. He was quick to answer questions. He worked with us through some hiccups we had with an ongoing renovation project and was very understanding of the changes. Nate does great work and is a person that you quickly gain trust in and you do not have to worry about his final work product or his reliability. Since moving into our house we have already had Nate return to do some exterior painting for us as well. We highly recommend Nate and will definitely be using him again.

Nate was on time, polite and very friendly. He worked quickly and always cleaned up at the end of the day. He was very responsive to any concerns we had during our final walk though. My wife and I are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend him!

Nate made a nice presentation when we met. We chose him over the other painters because he said he would fill in holes and cracks and have the walls nice before painting. The first room he painted was the largest, the family room, where he did a good job. After that, the job did not go so well. I will try to make this brief. I will list my main complaints with Nate: - He did not examine any of the walls before painting. He painted over a lot of debris and build up on the walls and even added some in areas. He commented it was an old house (built in 1985) and would not look any better, that I was only changing the color. He would either forget, or ignore, areas that I pointed out which needed attention. I did want the house to look better. I did not expect perfect, but I did expect better. Who doesn’t with a new paint job. - The trim work around the ceilings was very uneven in a lot of places. He did not tape or score the ceilings before the trim. It was all free hand. - He missed filling a lot of holes in the walls. - We had the popcorn ceiling removed prior to this paint job and he complained many times about having to come in behind other people and clean up their mess and that he was frustrated. He suggested caulking around the ceilings which helped but was not consistent. Later he was upset at having to do this even though he suggested it. However, in the hall bath where there was no popcorn ceiling removal, his finish work with the ceiling and trim was not good. - His touch ups were with a smaller roller with a different nap so it looked like patches on the walls. - The laundry room was painted the wrong color which he did correct. - He used the wrong finish of paint for the hall bath although he argued that he did not. He did correct it. On one occasion when I tried to talk to Nate about the job he became very argumentative and rude to the point of making me cry. This was a total lack of professionalism on his part. From then on it was a very uncomfortable situation. He came back at a later date to address the items the items I had on a list for corrections. I suggested a partial refund and that I would get another painter to finish the job. He did not agree. He did all items (some were an improvement) except one which was to redo a portion of the kitchen ceiling. Since he had complained so much about the popcorn removal we paid an extra $400 for him to redo that ceiling which did not come out very good. We then paid an additional $200 for him to improve that ceiling which was only partially better. There was still shadowing on the ceiling which he said he could not see. When I sent him his last payment, he texted me to let me know he received it. However, there was no thank you for the payment. Again, a lack of professionalism. I wanted and expected a professional job as he advertised. We paid him a significant amount of money for this job. He did not do a professional job and he did not behave in a professional manner. I was hesitant to leave this review but I wanted other customers to be informed. It was much more difficult than it needed to be.

Nate's painters were on time and completed the job as promised

Nate’s pricing was great, he was very neat and clean, and showed up on time. My wife gave him one of the highest compliments that you can give someone doing work on your house:” he cleaned up so well and did such a good job that we could barely tell that he was ever here!”

Nate was outstanding. He does his own work so he has no workers. His pricing was very reasonable and his quality was excellent. He showed up on time and worked steadily all the way through the completion of the job. His clean up was the best I have seen for a painter. Nate is the best painter I have ever hired. His dry wall repairs were perfect. I would definitely hire him again.

Nate was great. Love the finished room! Arrived on time every time. Nate did all the work himself. He is very good. He estimated 2 days for the project and was done in 2 days. Nate is very efficient. We hardly noticed he was there working. When project was complete, Nate removed all supplies and debris. We will definitely hire Nate again.

It went very well. Nate is a professional and we are very happy with his work. He set expectations on the duration of the project, what would be completed each day, made time for setup and more importantly for clean-up at the end of each day, and is very detailed!! I will definitely call him for future projects.

Great. There was a misunderstanding on the color of the kitchen and the wrong color paint was used. When I called Nate he said it wasn't a problem and he repainted without any hesitation. Nate was locked out of the house one morning and he was most patient waiting for assistance getting into the house.

Nate was very professional and did what we asked. The work was done quickly with no mess. He had not painted a fireplace before, but he researched and found out what paint to use and it looks great. All the rooms look beautiful.

The work was excellent. Nate was very professional. The job was don't in the alloted time. When the job was done everything was picked used doing the job. I would recommend Nate's Painting Co to anyone looking to have rooms painted.

Nate arrived on time. He painted our living room and did a fabulous job. My parents were at my home visiting while he was here and they were impressed with his manners and painting ability. They wished that they lived closer, so that he could paint there house.

Did a great job. Perfect lines and ceilings. On time and out in a couple of hours and no mess. I would definitely recommend.

Nate was super nice and professional, he came out gave us an estimate, emailed a contract 2 days later. He repaired some water damage we had and then painted the room, we also had him pain the 2nd bedroom while he was there. We went to pick out the pain sent him the 4 digit number and that was it, we even had him give us an estimate for the living room and kitchen after he was done.

It went well. They came out later because, it was my fault. I'm just getting it scheduled, it was fault. He did some extra things for me that I asked him to do. I had somethings in the kitchen that I wanted done. He did that for me. He came when he said he would. I would consider using them again. There were a couple of things that I wasn't happy with. He did try to fix them. I did feel like somethings didn't get done to my satisfaction. I wasn't unhappy just somethings could have been done a little better.

Our painter, Nate, arrived on time on the date we agreed on. When he arrived we signed some paperwork. The only hitch was that he hadn't read the message I had left that he would pick up the paint. No problem. Didn't delay the job more than about 15 minutes which was fine. He was very pleasant and went about his work quickly. We showed him a couple of areas where we had hung pictures up and ask him if he could spackle the nail holes and also spackle the holes that were left when we removed a toilet paper holder. He was glad to do it. All told, he was there about 3 hours. He left the room super clean and gave us good instructions on how we needed to wait a day or two to let the paint cure before we hung pictures etc. There was an extra charge for the paint and supplies which we knew about in advance and we paid him on the spot. I would definitely use him again. We have a lot of painting to do in the next year and we will call Nate. I highly recommend him. Nice fellow.
