Nate was very prompt responding to the phone call, and the estimate visit was very helpful. He actually gave us an estimate for the job mentioned here, as well as a second job that we will be doing in the near future. Questions were asked and answered well, all in all the estimate experience and initial contact was good, and was representative of the rest of our experience. We communicated primarily via text and phone, which once I realized that was most effective made things very easy. The quality of the work was great, it was very promptly completed and we will use him again for our next project which will be much larger.

Overall the services were performed well. I would state that we asked for individual room breakdowns a few times which we never received. We decided to do all 3 anyways but it would have been nice to be able to see the breakdown in case we decided to do one or two rooms and leave another for a later time.There were a few paint spots on our floors that were not cleaned up. Luckily we have hardwood floors so it came right up but carpet wouldn't have been so easy. But again overall the walls look great. Better than I could ever do.The job took 2 days and our price included all the paint/primer. I would use Nate again for other jobs.

Nate was great. He was very friendly and prompt. He made sure we were all clear on the job at hand which I think makes a world of difference.

Nate came promptly to provide an estimate for the work to be done. He is very clear about finding out exactly what you want done. Price is inclusive of all labor and materials needed. A written bid was emailed back to me for review. We agreed on the proposal before work was started, so there were no questions about what was included or not in the bid. We have an atrium ranch with large, high walls upstairs and a large, open basement family area. I had done the work that I could reach, but needed Nate to finish what I couldn't . He finished the kitchen and the two story atrium area. He also completely painted the large open basement, including a wall patch for a hole left from the removal of an appliance in the wall. Nate also re-painted a basement bathroom that had been finished and painted unsatisfactorily by the previous owners. He removed the old medicine cabinet and patched the hole. He removed the large plate mirror and patched the surface. All walls were patched and repaired where needed, and then painted with at least two coats of Sherwin-Williams paint. Some doors were painted, some not...at my request. Trim was not included, also at my request. We had already moved furniture, but he said that was included in the price. He covered all surfaces carefully with plastic to protect it. All the covers, tarps and drop cloths were cleaned up every day, not left out. Drop cloths were used to protect flooring. Care was taken when working around atrium window blinds that could not be removed. Nate came promptly every day , organized and ready to go. He is neat and conscientious about cleaning up after himself, and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder every once in a while to check on the progress. Some of the walls needed quite alot of repair, Nate took care to make it look the best he could, and in one instance, wasn't happy with the results so re-did the work. We are very pleased. Job took longer than expected, almost 6 weeks instead of 4. I was not surprised and this did not bother me. Nate showed up on time every morning and always alerted me if he had to change his arrival time or miss a day. He also kept me informed about which rooms he would be working on the next day. This helped a lot to help me plan my day. He always cleaned up at end of the day and stored his equipment out of my way. The actual paint job looks terrific!! We selected light walls and slightly darker ceilings. My ceiling color choice was wrong at first and Nate had to repaint 3 ceilings. He did charge extra but I expected that. The repair to the large drywall hole came out great!! You can"t tell there was a large rectangular hole there and those darn dark brown stripes are gone. Nate is friendly, professional, easy to communicate with. The price was less than 3 other bidders and he offered two coats of paint instead of one on the ceilings. He was also willing to repair the drywall where one other bidder said I needed to have it repaired separately. Final result: a home that feels new again. Yes, I will call him for future painting needs. Thanks Nate! And thank you Angies List.

This is the 2nd time that I used Nate for interior home painting. He did the same superb job that he did last time. His prices are resonable and very competitive and he is a pleasure to work with.

After a consultation visit to provide an estimate, Nate brought his crew in on the first day to explain to us what would be needed and how the work will be done. They even started the work on the Memorial Day holiday without creating any interruption to the family routine. Over two days (roughly 15 total hrs.) they completed all the prep, painting, and clean-up. Nate and his crew were professional, with excellent attention to detail.

My only suggestion if you plan to use Nate is to provide any coupons/discounts up front. I remembered the Angie's List 10% discount that Nate advertised after I signed the contract and he said I could use it on my next job. I was disappointed that he would not honor the discount since he hadn't started painting yet.

Nate was very professional and flexible. We added some additional work during the project and he was able to still complete the project on schedule and according to his initial bid. Nate is very thorough and made sure we were happy with his work before accepting final payment. I recommend him for any painting project you have.

Nate did a fantastic job overall. He was prompt, clean and very courteous. He had a clear plan of action and did a good job of communicating it to us and making us feel comfortable at each step. Every detail was done well and he went the extra mile several times. It was obvious that Nate takes pride in his work. I would definitely use Nate's Paints again and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

They were very friendly and on time. They were very straight forward about what they were going to do, and why. They let me know what type of materials they were going to use. They were very responsive.

Nate came to give proposal shortly after I contacted him. He was able to start work within 2 weeks. He arrived promptly, made sure area was well covered with drop cloths, and did a very nice paint job on my powder room. I will most likely be having him paint the entire interior of my home.

My experience with him was a mixed one. He did a good job, but he just wasn?t interested in satisfying the customer to the point that he had to return twice after he said the job was finished. He had to be called back to uncover something and paint it thoroughly. He didn?t charge us the second time he came over, though.

Nate is a very conscientious painter. He is punctual, professional and has resonable rates. Any small unanticipated issues that arose, he promptly resolved it. Very determined to please the client. Overall, I would say a great job.

Nate was GREAT. His quote was over $500 less than our other bids! His work was excellent. He was very clean and was very considerate of our house. He wore shoe covers and draped off the room he worked in when he sanded. He had great value. Inexpensive and exceptional results.

Nate arrived on time and was very well prepared. All of the furniture was covered and so was the carpeting, everything else was taped off. Nate also made sure to fill any holes in the walls. Nate does a wonderful job and would be HIGHLY recommended to any future customers. His prices are reasonable and the work is superior. Besides this job, he has also done extensive painting for our family owned business (several large rooms and ceilings). We plan on having him stain three decks and stain a concrete patio this summer.
