They came out and treated the infested areas. We have used them before for an ant issue at another home. The tech was very good and professional. He explained what he was doing. When we came back to checkout the termite situation he saw some ants and took care of them free of charge. We signed up for an eradication/treatment/long term prevention program with them.

They were on time. The guy seemed knowledgeable. They were in and out quick and had a reasonable price.

I like how Mark took off his shoes to enter our house and walked around and I showed him some clay nest and he knocked it down for me and told me that it was not an active nest. I will definitely recommend Mick's to anybody!!

Great. They were responsive - arrived at appointed date and time. Very friendly and professional. Answered our questions and was very thorough. Chose them based upon Angie's List reviews & the fact that they are a local company. We decided to purchase a "one year" plan which includes quarterly spraying as well as a termite inspection.

I have never had ants so bad in my house as I did this spring. I called Mick's and set up an appointment for first thing in the morning so that I would not have to miss much work. The exterminator showed up at 8 am on the dot. He did the inside of the house first, then let me pay him and leave. He finished up by spraying the outside of the house after I left. No more ants (well, lots of dead ones). Great work!

My overall experience with them was excellent and I recommended them to my neighbors when I told them about the termite problem.

I couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and total follow-through employed by Mick's. My boss had told me that I would be going home to piles of concrete dust from where they had to drill. But, honestly, there was very little dust and everything was neat and put back into place. I couldn't be happier! Thank you Matt!

We had found a suspicious mud tunnel along our basement wall. After some internet research, we knew it was termites. I did some research on some of the heavily advertised national chains. I didn't like the poor reports they had gotten, so I checked out Angie's List. I chose this one based on reviews and location. I called and made an appointment. They were very prompt (actually early), did a thorough inspection and explained the baiting process very well. They installed a trap right then over the tunnel in the basement and set up a time for bait traps to be installed outside. This technician arrived on time and got the work done promptly with miminual mess. Also, during the orginal inspection I asked about the ant problem we have had for years. The agent was very helpful, inspected the infestation areas, and sprayed around the house. I haven't seen a single ant in the house since then. I was happy with the service we got.

We had them come out to spray for ants & upon inspecting our entire home, they found an early infestation of termites. They recommended the Centricon system for our situation & they promptly installed it. Today we are termite free with very minor damage. We have a system in place to continually monitor & prevent a return which gives us some peace of mind. They did exactly what they said they would do, for the price quoted. Everytime they have been out, they have been professional, informative & on time. We highly recommend them.

They did a great job. I don't recall the price. The tech they sent out was excellent. She knew what she was doing. She was personable, but at the same time she got the job done in good time. It's not like she was goofing off and talking. She was very knowledgeable about what she was doing and took care of the problem. We didn't have the ants come back after it rained. I know their pricing was fair. In fact, she was so good that my husband wanted to hire her for his company.

They are prompt in coming out. They are always mindful to not get anything dirty and are very courteous. I have seen good results with using them and haven't had any problems. I plan on continuing to use them.

They automatically come out, I don't have to call. They'll check to make sure that I have no termites or bugs. They'll check with me to see if I've had any problems and if so, they'll take care of it. It's been great using them! The cost listed is what I pay per year.

They do what they say they are going to do. If we notice any bugs of problems that need to be taken care of before the next routine visit, they will come and take of it at no extra charge.

Mick was a fantastic guy. He was actually recommended from the neighbor. He told me of service I did not need and documented that for the buyer.

THEY ARE VERY REGULAR IN PERFORMING THEIR MAINTENANCE. THEY ALWAYS KEEP US INFORMED IN WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

WE CALLED HIM UP HE CAME OUT AND WE'VE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH IT. HE HAD A DIFFERENT WAY OF DOING IT THAN THE OTHER GUY AND IT HAS BEEN WORKING.

THEY COME OUT WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL AND THEY DO THE JOB.
