Fantastic work and communication!! I even received a call after the work was done to verify everything went well. They did a perfect job and picked up all the cuttings and placed in my bin/bags. I was very impressed and will be using them again in the future.

Lawn mowing & hedge trimming were good. Shrub & weed removal from fence very poor. Shrub & weed has returned.

The results are great. My yard looks clean, maintained and mor manicured I may have not read the small print well enough. I was disappointed by the up sell for the job.cost more expensive than anticipated. Pretty much required fee for hauling. I have used other services that are very clear...4 hous of service. Cost was Double of what I had planned. I kept this providers contact information. But next time will be clear on cost. Not anticipated charge for using credit. I have other professional that use the same charge method that do not pass on the cost to me. 3%.

Kevin was very professional and accommodating and sent Anthony out to remove the poke. Anthony did a great job removing all the poke which filled a tarp in the end. He was able to get down far enough to take out the big roots so it won't come back. Very professional and really cleaned up the area where the poke was and left my yard in great shape. Highly recommended.

Fantastic work! We are very pleased with the outcome. They completely turned my lawn around. They responded and came out the same week I called for an estimate. Kevin, the owner is such a professional & welcoming young man. A few men came out the same week to do the job and did a 100% picture perfect job. They did a walk through after the job was complete to ensure we were happy and we were! I recommended them to my neighbors.

I was completely satisfied with the work that was done, and Kevin made sure I was happy with the outcome. My only complaint was the price, in retrospect. I would rather have just paid by the hour, and have them stop work once it got too expensive for me, instead of paying for the project itself. It only took the 3 men 5 1/2 hours, and I had a coupon for $149 for 4 hours of labor (if using just 1 person). In addition to the Angie's list coupon I'd bought, I paid $1500 more. However, I'd agreed to the price before the project started, so I can't fault Kevin. But, in retrospect, I should have just said I'd pay whatever their regular hourly wage was, once the value of my coupon was used up. I think I paid about $700-too much. The good thing, though, is that the work they did looks great, so I won't have to do it myself. And, I will use them again.

Everything went great! They were very professional and nice. Showed up on time for our appointment to bid the work that I needed done. I liked the price he quoted so we set a start date and they showed up promptly. They gutted and landscaped my entire front yard. They took out all of the old shrubs and built a beautiful Retaining Wall along the front of my house. Planted new flowers and shrubs and laid mulch. My husband and I were very satisfied with the work. They worked very hard and it definitely paid off for us in the end. Plan to hire them for all of my yard work in the future.

The mulching job was fine. However, my mailbox was knocked down by one of the workers driving the trailer...It was temporarily put back together with a black strap. I'm not happy that it was not permanently repaired or replaced, and don't feel I should chase down the owner to get out back out to my house to make it right...This is precisely why I do my own mulching with bags from Home Depot...

Getting started and remaining steady was slower than I anticipated. Kevin was responsive to inquiries and stayed in communication with me. Noteworthy, he remained positive to my inquiries and receptive to my feedback. He was professional and open to my calls at any time. The job was well done and Kevin was conscientious in performing well. A plant I wanted to keep was lost as a result of being transplanted. My overall rating reflects some of the unmet initial needs I had at the very onset of my initial contract purchase.

They did a good job. Kevin was very friendly. It took them awhile to get to it, but he explained that he was very busy. It was raining a lot and people were trying to get there grass cut between the rain. I understood.

Excellent. Kevin (who I believe is the owner) has been very responsive when I have called previously for an estimate for additional work. He gave me prices immediately and when I told him I needed to think about it, there was no pressure and told me to call him when he needed me. He is determined to make your experience very professional and anyway he can assist, he is there for you. He sent two of his staff to the home today and they did a great job in 100degree heat. Very courteous, professional, great personalities. The work was done as asked for and the front landscaping looks great. I did pay them additional money to take away the debris (since the Angie's List discount did not include this) and also paid them for additional work.

Excellent appearance of garden! Anthony and Jonathan worked diligently and were very personable and pleasant to talk to. We are very pleased with the entire finished product and with the professionalism of these good-natured and hard-working gentleman.

I paid them; they performed no services. I've never been given the run-around like this. I bought a deal on Angie's List at the beginning of April and selected some available times. Didn't hear back. Emailed them. Didn't hear back. Called them. Finally heard back. They said they'd drop by in two or three weeks to see what needed doing. I told them to set up a time as I'm at work during normal working hours and chances are they'd find no one home if they just dropped by. Heard nothing for a few weeks. Eventually heard from them to say that no one was home. I repeated that they needed to set up an appointment. They said they'd drop by in two or three weeks. I was out of town for a few days a week or two later later and the person looking after my house said that the "lawn guys" stopped by. I assume it was K & S but they had not called ahead to arrange anything so for all I know it could have been another landscaping service trying to drum up new customers. Eventually they came to my house by approintment when I was there more than three months after my purchase at which they told me they were really booked up and it would be at least another three or four weeks. When I expressed surprise that at the time of my April purchase they were booked up through July, they said perhaps two weeks. It has been over four months since I gave them my money and I still have had zero services performed for it. They claim that they have tried to get hold of me repeatedly but I have returned every call (usually within a couple of hours) for which a message was left and responded to every email so that seems at best disingenuous and inaccurate. I am appalled and furious that they would keep my money for over four months and barely make any effort to actually provide me any service at all. I have never experienced such an astounding lack of professionalism and utter disregard for the contract sealed by their accepting my money. I would like to broadcast from the rooftops that everyone should avoid this company at all costs - but that would mean expending way more effort on them than they have bothered to expend on me.

Set appointment for an estimate. No call, no show at agreed time and date.

Kevin gave me a fair estimate, and a few days later his crew came out did a great job.

I am very pleased with services provided at this point.
