I use them every year. I use them for maintenance and everything else. They have a silver plan and a gold plan for maintenance. I used silver for this time, but then they give you a discount on parts. My overall experience with them has been very good.

When we had the house built, they actually installed the heating and cooling system. They were contacted by the builder and then we just followed up with them since they put everything in. We just stayed with them. They are competitive with other people. They were out here fairly quickly. They were on time. We like the way they work and if there were questions they answered, the way they run about their business, and all that so it looked good. My first impression of them was good. We like the quality of their work, timeliness, and value for the services they rendered. The work was timely, good, professional, they cleaned up, and they did everything according to what I thought should be done for a service call.

James was awesome. I called in the morning due to my furnace cutting on and off. They sent James out within an hour he diagnosed and fixed the problem within 15 minutes.

Purchased an annual service plan through Angies's List. Fall service completed. Will see how the Spring/Summer service goes before deciding whether to continue with them.

They have wonderful deals and discounts. Its worth looking into it. The techs are professional and always wear booties to keep our home clean.

They did what they said they were going to do, and I believe that they didn’t do any more than that. They did not charge me for something that didn’t need to be done.

The tech was Kevin He worked hard, cleaning iff the rust. He was successful and I have heat.

The tech from Hoff, Tim Williams, was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and likeable. He diagnosed the issue, replaced the capacitor, washed the coils, added 1 lb of refrigerant, and found a slow leak on the indoor unit. He explained my options to address the slow very clearly and offered great advise. I would recommend Hoff to all and I will use them again.

My A/C unit started making a loud noise, come to find out it was the condenser Fan Motor. Another company (Jerry Kelly) had quoted me almost $1,000, so I called HOFF and they gave me a honest quote over the phone and also applied the Angie's List 5% discount. Hoff sent someone the next morning immediately. The tech Tim arrived on-time and was very courteous. He got to work immediately and not only replaced the Condenser Fan Motor, but also washed and cleaned my A/C coils and checked & topped off the refrigerant which was a bit low. Tim went above and beyond with my service. I am extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by Hoff Heating and A/C. I will continue to recommend this company and will continue to use for my future heating and cooling service. Amazing honest company and service !!!

The technician (Tim) came out to the property promptly (service was scheduled two days in advance). The install took less than 20 minutes; he also offered to perform a maintenance check on our AC unit. He was extremely thorough and explained everything in detail so that I understood exactly what was going on and what to look for in the future regarding my HVAC system. Excellent service provided by Tim and Hoff. Highly recommend them if you are in the O'Fallon area.

I was extremely disappointed, as I had used Hoff several times before. They had always found the problem quickly, and had the furnace or A/C up and running in no time. This time was different. The technician arrived around 7 pm, and spent quite a bit of time working on the furnace. Finally, he came up and told us there was nothing he could do. He said the problem was with the gas pressure coming from Laclede Gas. Now, the gas water heater, right next to the furnace, was working fine. The neighbors on the same line were having no issues. He told us we needed to get the gas company out to check the pressure. Ok. It's after 8 pm. Fat chance. Gave us the service bill, and left. I called another company, who arrived around 9 pm. The technician checked the furnace, replaced a circuit board, and one other part (which he showed me), and the furnace came right on. I have not had a single bit of trouble with it since. I now use the other company exclusively, and will not be using Hoff again.

After I signed the contract I told Chad to talk to Saint Charles city code department to make sure the work he is going to do is up to the code. He came back with $400 extra than the contract price. The extra is for tapping the joints which he didn't consider during the estimate. When he gave me the estimate he should have thought through the codes and the related work. This is the basic responsibility of a license contractor. I initially told him that I can't afford the $400 extra but later I sent him an e-mail that I can pay $150 for the tapping. There is no response from him. This is $4075 work and he backed out this work because of $250 and this is because he didn't do his homework during his estimate. Because of this my basement project got pushed back by two months. I had to start all over again to find HVAC contractors. I went with Missouri Furnance Heating and Cooling and I am glad I am able to find them. They completed the work in January 2016. I am quite happy with Missouri furnance work.They are able to match Hoff price and they installed as per the code. If you get an estimate from this company please make sure they put in writing that the price includes every thing as per the code.

Went very well. Technician was efficient and solved the problem quickly allowing me t get to work. Checked all other possible problems during the diagnostic as well.

he came out when promised, called ahead. boot on bootys came in introduced hisself and I showed him where furnace was. I had the same package from jerry Kelly in 2013. but this guy came in, did his cleaning and went above and beyond to check for a common wire not connected to the nest thermostat. jerry Kelly did not catch that when they was here and did there inspection. so on the furnace part I am VERY pleased. we will see when they come back in spring for the ac check.. very pleased with hoff, will recommend and will tell everyone about the professionalism, they also did not come in and try to just sell stuff as jerry Kelly did.

Our technician was awesome. Our AC unit stopped working and called Hoff. He came and ran some tests. Found that the circuit board was bad on our heating unit which stopped the blower motor. That prevented air from coming and froze everything up. Had everything back to normal within an hour. We were so happy we purchased their gold plan so we get multiple checks a year now. That way we have no worries. Thanks Hoff! You truly have the best service.

Came on time. Fixed what was needed, then took the time to help me trouble shoot my nest thermostat with the nest customer service people. In the end nest paid for the service call and gave me a complete refund on the thermostat. Really helped.
