About us

Founded in 1983 by Henry & Karen Hoff, Hoff Heating and A/C was run from a detached garage next to Henry's house. Before long, Karen's brother, Greg, decided to make a career out of heating and cooling as well. Greg was the first of many family members that have since joined Henry & Karen's team. Today, the business has grown to over 30 employees, and most of our "Hoff Heating family" has been with us for 10 years or more. So when you see someone from Hoff Heating and A/C at your door today, there is a pretty good chance you could see him again for any future heating and cooling needs. Description of Work: Extremely pleased, thought that my air conditional was gone. Got ridiculous quote from two different companies. Tech from Hoff came out and stated that the AC was state of the art. I told him the AC didn't work and the tech told me that the sensor was dirty. Cleaned everything. Tech was very patient, professional, called back promptly as well. I would recommend anyone in the area to use them. I believe the tech's name was Art.

They are very good.

I'm so sorry things didn't work out! Sometimes we get slammed with no A/C or heat calls and try to get to those if they are an emergency. Still sorry that the appointment was cancelled. Description of Work: They performed warranty work on an air conditioner repairing a pin hole leak on the compressor pipe and replacing the coils in the furnace unit due to a leak there. Since these were both factory units, they deemed the units came from the factory with the problems and absorbed the labor charges even though it was outside the labor portion of the warranty. That's great customer service.
