Carl is a poor excuse for a businessman. We had a signed contract. and two day before he was to start the job he sent me a text backing out citing a larger job he just got. It was clear from the other excuses in his text that he under bid my job including him stating "it's just not worth it to me". He claimed one of the reasons he backed out of the contract is because he didn't have half down although the contract stated that he would have more than half down after the first days work. Like another review stated he is all about getting money. He was too cowardly to return my call even after texting me he would do so. NEVER use Carl as he is completely unprofessional and will waste your time.

Absolutely the best. I’ve used them multiple times and have referred them. Showed up next day and finished the job. The craftsmanship was outstanding. Looks great. Carl is a professional.

Concrete is now cracking only 2 yrs later. The vinyl rails were never installed to code I found out.. they are to go to the very bottom stair. All the wood railings have screws out of place, none of the wood is flush, all the railings both wood and vinyl shake as they are not secured. The angling is not at 90 degrees but more like 75 degrees. Do NOT hire this man. He is all about taking the money but not following through on anything. My brother even busted him smoking marijuana with his workers in my garage while on the job. He left multiple cigarette butts in my yard, emptied concrete against my beautiful tree out front which I caught on camera. He rushed my concrete work to pick up some my neighbors jobs.

Terrible workmanship. Very anxious to get the money but work was unprofessional and is falling apart already. Blamed me for his lack of workmanship

Highly unprofessional. Talked himself up and seemed to be honest initially. He brought two guys that looked like he got them off the street. Patio is uneven, left hole in corner. Front patio was supposed to slope to driveway. It does not . The concrete block around wood support is falling apart. Tried to contact to, he denied everything. Very dishonest and did a horrible job.

Awful. Contractor poured in a driving rainstorm, to make his schedule. End result was a sloppy finish, so bad it is not much better than the deteriorated finish that was replaced. Contractor left a hose on the sidewalk that left a permanent mark. Contractor sloped the sidewalk so poorly that it is over 2 inches from level, and is onlhy 18" wide. Contractor refused to return to correct any of the issues, took his money and ran.
