+ -1 moreTerrible customer service. The office was very rude and so was the manager of Customer service. I discontinued my service because the office was so rude and difficult to deal with. If you don’t believe me just call them with any kind of issue at all.They will treat you like they are doing you a favor.

+ -1 moreHorrible experience. Costumer service representative lady was rude and disrespectful. Started service last week and never received my trash can. Called to notify and was given a serial number and told to go look on street and check with neighbors, which I did. Called back after i checked and told them no ones has it. I was then asked if I had video evidence that it was not delivered. Next she told me that their truck have GPS and he was on my street and delivered it and I was a lair. I was informed that I would have to pay $90 for another trash can even though I never received the first one. I was also told that even if a neighbor had taken it and put it in their garage that I would still be responsible. This is a locally owned business that treats local residents very disrespectful. I called manager and left voice message to tried to get problem resolved but never heard back so it canceled my service.

+ -1 moreI think their prices are competitive. The approximate cost listed is for three months of service which also included cart rental and year round yard waste. I gave a B for their quality because sometimes the leftover debris from the yard gets left in the street.
Description of Work: They pick up garbage one a week. I also have a plan where they come out once a week on a different day to pick up lawn/yard debris.
