Fish Window Cleaning

They did a great job getting our windows cleaned. Very prompt (in less than week after submitting quote) and flexible with appointment time. Called me as soon as a change in time was required. Went way out of their way to keep me informed of arrival time. They missed one tiny window on the corner of house; very understandable given the window is so small and hard to see from exterior. They didn't even flinch when I called them and told them they missed a window. Usually companies that need to come back and fix something make people feel like the company is being inconvenienced to come back. They did NOT do this; extremely polite and came back to wash that one tiny window. It was nice to be treated so well.

Window cleaning team was on time, delivered stellar service and did very nice job on all windows. We've used Fish before they changed owners and the price quoted was increased from our last service but overall the price was fair (rated price a B). Would consider Fish again.

That was fine. They did a very good job. We have a huge house with a lot of windows. I would say they did exactly what they told us they were going to do. They were punctual and there were no additional charges. I got three estimates and they were the lowest.

The cleaning work went well and the screens that they fixed looked just like new. They arrived promptly and finished cleaning the windows in the amount of time they estimated. The cleaners that came were about college aged and were efficient. Unfortunately while they were working I overheard them several times complaining about how dirty my windows are (That's why I paid professionals to clean them!) and complaints about other jobs they had been working on. I wasn't listening hard, just working quietly from home on the computer. I guess they need to realize that most windows are not sound-proof. After they completed the work they insisted I inspect some of the windows and they all looked great. Overall I was pleased with the work and would recommend Fish Window to others.

They were punctual, attentive, professional and did a heck of a nice job. they started before I got to my house and had most of the exterior windows finished. they were there 2 hours at most. 2 smartest things I did was 1) get the house washed 2) have Fish do the windows. best four hundred bucks I've ever spent.

Fish showed up on time and did the work very professionally. I was happy with the results. It was a tough job because the roof is all glass and high up. Not everyone will climb on a glass ceiling, even though it is made to be walked on.

Our previous window cleaning service (Gand G) either changed hands or went out of business? So we called Fish Window Service who we found on Angies List and noted they cleaned other windows in our neighborhood. Fish Windows returned my call within one day. Provided estimate within 2 days of initial call. Scheduled service to accommodate our schedule. The crew was prompt, professional and they did a nice job on the windows (which hadn't been cleaned in over a year). Fish Window Cleaning met all of our expectations and we will plan to use them in the future.

This was my second year having FISH clean my windows. When I called for the appointment, Rob answers the phone, and will quickly pulled my file from last year, and quoted me the same price for the windows I paid last time. I asked him about the pressure washing, and he personally came out the next day and left me a written estimate for that. Jon and Justin came as scheduled, and were always conscience about putting booties on to come in the house. All of their work was very neat and tidy, I did not find any drips on windowsills or floors! They were very professional and polite. Justin walked the whole house with me to make sure it all looked good, which it did! We are the second owners of this ten year old home, and I don't think the siding had ever been cleaned. There were several areas of heavy mildew, and other areas of just dirt and grime... the siding now looks new again! And the windows... wow!! Fantastic! I love just staring out every window I walk past today. We had an in ground pool built this Fall,,and the back windows were quite dirty with construction debris, concrete particles, and dirt. Justin was able to clean all that off, even the stubborn cement dust and particles. While the guys were here, it dawned on me that I never had mentioned that I was an Angie's List member (I guess since I didn't book it through Angie's List), so I called Rob, and he said I could print off the Angie's List 10% off coupon, and he would text Justin to make him aware of the adjustment. Justin had no problem making the last minute adjustment! A very pleasant experience, and I am very pleased with the outcome!

It went very well. Their price was competitive with the Angies list member discount. My schedule was tight, but they were very accommodating and fit me in right away. They arrived on time, did a great job, were professional and polite. I would recommend them.

2 Very nice young men, introduced themselves and started by removing all screens from all windows, cleaned outside windows first, then the inside windows. They clean the screens and all the window sills. They even cleaned the front storm door windows. They did an excellent job and in a very timely manner!

Everything went great. After I called someone came out, while I was gone, and walked the property to give me a quote. The guys who came were on time and did a great job. They are hard working and a joy to have around. I couldn't believe the height they had to climb on their ladder to reach the top of our atrium windows in the back of our villa, which is on a very steep hill. And they were great at pointing out which windows had bad seals and they knew the reasons why certain windows were dirtier than others. Great guys!

Fish Window Washing did a great job. I called them based on their reviews. They actually answered their phone vs. having to leave a message. They were very courteous on the phone. Rob (I believe that was his name) came to our house and gave us an estimate, which I accepted on the spot. They were able to fit us in the next day due to another customer postponing their appointment at the last-minute. They were on-time, in a good mood, and did an excellent job inside and out. They were extremely careful; they wore shoe covers, put protective covers on the floor in front of each window and under their ladders. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

I called Fish Window Cleaning to get an estimate on cleaning the windows in my home. The windows had not been cleaned in 13 years. They came out that same day and provided me with an estimate. Since I was not home at that time, they left the estimate in a door hanger along with their business card. The price was right so I called to schedule. The office staff was great working with my schedule. Cleaning was scheduled for 9 am to 10 am on 4 December 2012. The team of 2 were here at 8:50 am. They were very professional and courteous. All work was completed in 40 minutes! I will definitely use them again and will recommend to my friends.

Arrived on time. Worked hard all day and got the job done.

Fish Window Cleaning arrived promptly at 11:00am, April 27th. He Cleaned all windows(20) inside and out. Cleaned the screens, sills and tracks that the windows slide in. This all took about 1 1/2 hrs. These windows haven't been cleaned for 11 years and they look invisible. I also knew that there was no way I would have cleaned all those windows in less than two hours! So invisible, that after he left, a bird (a Cardinal) flew right into the glass of the door. I though it was a commercial! By the way, the gentleman cleaned the doors and it wasn't on their estimate. I informed him of that and asked if I owe extra and he said and quot;no, that it was just something they make sure is taken care of!and quot; Wow!! The windows look great! I have already passed on their business cartd to others and H*** Yes!! I'll use them again!

I am very happy with them. They are very punctual and they are good about getting out to your house when you need them. They do a great job and they call back to make sure we are happy with the cleaning. They just do a really good job. I would give them an A for everything. I will absolutely continue using them.

Two workers arrived as scheduled and immediately began working. Shoes were removed when working in house. I was informed of any exisiting problems that were encountered as they worked. Finished in less than 3 hours.

They were really good. I am clueless about how much I spent. I got a couple of estimates. They gave me an estimate and I was happy because it was reasonable. They were courteous and I was happy with them. I would probably call them again.

They came when they said they would come. They did what they said they would do. They did it well and they did it quickly and thoroughly.
