Everyone we worked with on our project did a great job. They were prompt, courteous, helpful, and great at making suggestions for things we could do differently, or how we could get more for the same amount, or even save money. We had some changes along the way with things we needed added, and they were so flexible and helpful with these unexpected add ons. I would highly recommend them!

Perfect. They came on time, cleaned up as they went, conferred with us at each step, we very responsive to our inputs, gave instruction on how electricity worked, and why certain things operated in different ways (outlets in BRs operate differently than house outlets), and were flexible to our 3 step developing decision related to a fan. They had positive attitudes, were professional, knowledgeable, listened to us, and worked quickly. What else could you want?

2 man crew, they communicated with us throughout the day and we felt they did a good job. They also cleaned up before leaving. We would hire again.

Contractor spent a few hours; repaired lights; but failed to fix the problem. When presenting his invoice, he even charged for the time it took him to write the invoice. We called back to explain the switches were not working again, and that the swimming pool's lights had somehow been compromised. No return call or actual fixing of the issues with the outside lights and boxes. The invoice had $100 in parts. When I asked for a breakdown it was given in generalities, as a descriptive explanation.

They have been fine. I think the price was competitive. I did have a couple of other bids. I had two different guys, two different workmen at two different times. For the initial bid, the main guy came out, which is probably typical. I think it might have been the owner. I appreciated that. They gave me what I asked for.

At the time of scheduling, they said they worked on our type of tech-lighting. While they got it working prior to leaving, it stopped working shortly thereafter. I called to troubleshot what could be going wrong. After no one returned my call, I called back a week+ later. Sam was dismissive, said they don't do a lot of work with our type of lighting, but did offer to schedule another service call at full price to come look at it again. Hmmmm. It would have been nice if they had told us PRIOR to coming to our house and taking our money that they didn't do much work on our type of lighting so we could have hired someone who could have perhaps solved the problem. At a minimum, he could have been polite (even a slight tone of caring) on the phone.

Perfect! They came when they said they would and their work was very professional.

Exceptionally well. Had outlet and switches installed in no time. I just purchased my home and replaced all electrically powered Smoke detectors (6 detectors) with Nest Smoke detectors. Once installed, I turned power back on and discovered there was no power to any of them. Electrician was perplexed at first but found problem was in both a loose wire in a junction box in the attic and a loose wire in service panel and resolved that issue.

Very well; the work was done efficiently and passed the re-inspection.

Project manager arrive five minutes early for the bid process. He was thorough, quick, informative and friendly. Less than two days later I received the bid via email and was told, if I was interested in moving forward to call and schedule the job, they would be able to schedule it within a few days and it would be a one day job. It was easy to schedule and ten minutes before they were due to arrive, I received a call from the project manager telling me they had a supply vendor issue that morning and the Technician would be about 20 minutes late. At ten minutes past the scheduled arrival time the Technician arrived, looked over the entire job site and began to work. The technician was informative, friendly and efficient. The project manager stop by the job site twice during the day to check on things and make sure I was happy with progress. The Job was finished after a complete cleanup including vacuuming the the carpet where he had walked to the breaker box while doing the job. Extreme Electrical said what they would do, did what they said, when they said they would do it and for the amount they told me they would do it for, we could not be happier.

They installed a sub panel in my garage and hung a 240v/30A circuit with a standard dryer receptacle (nema 14-30) from it that I can now use to charge my Ford Fusion Energi. The main feed to the sub panel was a pretty short run from the main panel. They cut out a couple of small sections of the drywall in the garage to run the wire behind the wall to where I wanted the sub panel located and then screwed the drywall sections back in place. I just need to tape and mud the joints to polish things up which I've already started. And since they ran a 100A feed to this sub panel I have plenty of room for expansion if I need to upgrade to a bigger circuit (or just add more circuits) for more electrically demanding loads like charging a Tesla or running some 240v garage appliances. Anyway, I plugged my new EVSE charger into the circuit and my car is charging at 240v now. This is the second time I've used these guys and I've been happy both times.

The gentleman arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and I showed him what needed to be done. He immediate started on the work and much to my surprise was done in 1 hr. and 30 mins. Just like previous work orders, I've used them several times now, the people are always courteous, efficient and get the job done. I highly recommend this company.

They arranged getting the power turned off by Ameren submitting the permit with St. Charles County. One guy then replaced breaker panel and 4-120v outlets and 1-240v outlet. He showed up a bit early at 7:45am and the power was turned back on before 1pm.

I bought an Angie's list deal for this and really couldn't believe how cheap it was - I was sure there was going to be a catch. After the scheduling call I was even more sure as the lady seemed very concerned about making sure the job would be easy for them, not very concerned about what I actually needed. However, Dave showed up as scheduled and was very nice and professional. The work was done in about an hour and was very high quality. Everything looks clean and neat and the outlet is very solid. Excellent job!

Excellent service, performed in a timely manner. The electrician installed a nice LED recessed light over one shower, which really transformed that one bathroom. Didn't realize how dark the corner was. Also didn't realize how much I need to paint the walls and replace caulking (light does expose all the little quirks). He also installed a whole house surge protector, which is going to give us a great deal of peace of mind. Would hate to see all our electronic devices fried because of a voltage surge from the power company. These protectors also help even out the small surges caused by our own appliances. These add wear and tear to devices, and not every device can get a Type 3 surge protector (which we also use wherever we can). Lastly he put in an electrical outlet in the storage room that didn't have one (and desperately was needed). This ended up being tricky because of fire breaks and the foundation. Thankfully he was able to find a path from our garage. This is so nice to have, because we have a lot of electrical tools in the storage room we'd like to charge, but no way of running the chargers. Also nice to put an LED night light in the room to provide some illumination when the overhead light is off. He really worked the entire morning on these projects, and did an excellent job. Very professional, and timely--he was here at the start time, right on the dot. Would definitely use the company again.

Could not have asked for a better experience. I left a message in the early morning for a call back. They called back promptly and was able to get me in the same day. I had a short timeframe due to closing on home sale and needed the service right away. The gentleman was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Great work at a reasonable price.

These people are so friendly & go out of their way to be accommodating. Their prices are more tha fair, their electricians are extremely capable & get the job done fast. This is the second time I have used them & will definitely recommend them again & again.

They didn’t really do the work up to code. There is a big hole in my electrical box and rain is getting into the box. I called them last week to come out and they never showed up. I am very disappointed in the service.

We looked everywhere (it seemed) for an electrician who could install LED strip lighting in our kitchen. Most of them wanted us to pay time and material because they were not familiar with installing these. Finally someone recommended we go to Metro Lighting in O'Fallon to look at lights and they recommended Extreme Electrical for installation. Their price was far lower than any of the other ones They bid the job and we paid exactly what they bid. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. I would recommend them and Metro Lighting if you are considering LED lighting for your kitchen.

Last Summer we had electrical work done on the pool light. They ran the new wiring through the old box and they did not put the GFI ground but they did it on the pool pump. We had another electrical company come out and they said that they did not ground the wiring or put the GFI on. The junction box next to the pool was electrically charge with the pool and could have electrocuted someone. It seems like they didn't care about our safety at all.

It went awesome! David arrived on time, started the troubleshooting process. David found some lose wiring in the ceiling and fixed the issue. We are very satisfied with the entire process.
