Punctual, personable, professional, perfect! This is the second job I've had done by Curb Appeal. John, his team and their edging product are excellent in every way!! They have renewed my faith in contractors as they should be!!

The job was great. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

We had concrete edging installed around the landscaping in our pool area, which was a good choice because of the uneven ground. The owner was professional, patient, quick to respond, and a pleasure to work with. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and it looks great. It seemed a little expensive when we first got the bid but it was a lot more work than we anticipated and much less expensive than installing a block wall. The installation team worked hard and there was minimal impact on our lawn. We were worried that the equipment would damage our yard but they were as careful as possible and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the work was done.

If all companies worked as hard as they did, came on time work hard till all done. The rain was coming so was trying to finish and covered till it was set. It is a beautiful product, really dressed up our house made everything look so much nicer! They cleaned up things they didn't even do. The nicest people you could meet. Really happy with the job they did and the product.

It turned out great and they were excellent. They were very dependable and did what they said that they would. They cleaned up afterwards and we had no problem with them. The price was a little high and he came when he said he would. I would use them again.

John came out a couple weeks before and gave me information on the product, show me the colors, and was very considerate and patient as I chose my colors and length of pavers (even though it's one piece they make it to look like many pieces). He showed exactly what time and date and was very professional as to what he does. It's like an art. Him and his teammate worked the whole time, cleaned up very nicely, put up flags and vinyl strips so no one would walk on the newly poured concrete. It did help that my neighbors have had the same product for approximated 6yrs and it still looks beautiful. I cannot wait til next yr comes and I can put more rock and plants in---I love it!! Thanks Curb Appeal!!

When we initially called John to find out about his product John responded to our request by coming to our home within hours of our call. John listened to what we were looking for. He described his products skillfully. John described how they would work for what we were trying to do. Additionally, John made recommendations on things we might consider with the use of his product to make the final result even better. And John also provided insight into some other projects we were working on. His comments did not involve the use of his own products. We were very impressed with that. John gave us a detailed estimate at the time of his first consultation. We agreed to the work. John put our work on the schedule and told us the exact days that his team would be at our home to complete the work. Before that time arrived we had questions and wanted to make some changes to our plans. John was super responsive and helped us figure out the right things to do. The work involved three days at our home. It was a very significant project. The Curb Appeal folks did an outstanding job. They were all professional and friendly. They worked hard. Our property and the street were kept clean and neat through the entire process. The end result is absolutely stunning. We could not be happier with the way that things turned out. Everyone who has seen the work product has commented on how beautiful it is.

Everything went well. We were satifsfied with product. They were on time and cleaned up after they were done. Everything looks great.

When John first came out to price the job and explain the product, he mentioned that we had some drainage issues that should be addressed. We did sign a contract with Curb Appeal at that time for the concrete edging to be done later. We followed up on the drainage issues and eventually hired a drainage solutions company. Part of that drainage process was to add a large amount of dirt to an area with sod. Since we had already signed a contract with Curb Appeal for the concrete edging, John stopped by after the drainage folks were done and determined that we should delay the curbing for 6 wks to allow the new dirt to compact. After that time had passed, John's crew came out and completed the concrete edging in less than a day. We are amazed with the results, very, very happy with all aspects, the completed project, and Curb Appeal, the company. If John had not noticed our drainage issues and suggested we get a contractor out, we would not have realized that we had additional problems looming.

Called to schedule an appointment for a quote for cement edging in our front yard. John answered some general questions and set the appointment. He arrived on time for the appointment with samples and pictures (which also appear on his website). John was very professional and explained the install process. He answered all our questions and made suggestions on layout. Measurements were taken and a quote was provided. My wife and I chose the color, style and texture. A date was also set at that time for the install. John and his crew arrived on time for the install. The work was completed as promised and the results are beautiful. The crew completed the work with little disturbance to the yard and they cleaned after completion. We were very happy with the job they did and will use them again on our backyard. The reasons we chose Curb Appeal was because they are competitive in price and offer a feature called "Earth Lock" where they divot the ground and run a cable through the cement edging to provide additional stability in the edging if there is any shifting in the ground, particularly around the curves and trees. Highly recommend this company for concrete edging. Professional, timely, great workmanship and attention to detail.

After talking to and researching several companies that did this type of work, John came out and gave me a fair estimate of the work being done. When it was time to paint the lines for the curbing I had already had in mind what I wanted done except on the front of my house I was still unsure. I asked John for his ideas and within minutes he had painted a design on the ground that was exactly what I was looking for. He has an amazing talent for this. John arrived on time with a crew of about three or four other men. I watched them through the window with amazement of how professional his entire crew was and how they worked together as a team. Just before the work was complete, it started to rain. A small potion (approximately 15 feet) got damaged from the rain because the concrete was still soft. I spoke with John about when he would be coming back to replace the damaged portion. He came back out to my home that night and looked over the entire job. I, as the customer, was completely satisfied with the work that got done before the rain hit. John came out the next day and removed all of the curbing that was installed. He then arrived on a Sunday afternoon with a crew and re-poured the entire job. Even though I couldn't see the difference. John explained how cracking can be caused underneath the concrete from the rain before it has cured. He is a perfectionist and was not going to leave the job until it was perfect. I am still in utter amazement of the professionalism that Curb Appeal showed me. People stop by my home quite a bit to ask me about the curbing around my landscape and I continue to tell everyone that Curb Appeal is by far the only one to hire for this type of work!

John came out right on time and presented a thorough and professional presentation on his product. My neighbor was so impressed she also asked for an estimate. I plan to hire this company in the near future and will submit a supplement report when work is completed.
