He did the work and now my basement is running water all over whenever we take a shower. He has been out a couple of times to look at it but it's still going. It's starting to look like I'm going to have to hire someone else just to fix his work. In addition; after I signed the contract he said there was additional work and it would be an extra $300. And he used a cheap quality bathtub that I didn't want him to use; I picked out one but he talked me out of using it and went with the cheaper one instead.

Some people don't tell the whole story , Mr. [Member Name Removed] agreed on the tub because of the water depth , wasn't a cheaper model , the one he wanted was discontinued and was no longer available , plus the water depth was shallow ,the tub we used was a swan tub which is one of the best fiberglass tubs there is , and the water issue is from the water running over the top of the tub , which I instructed the customer that you can't do that because it will leak in the basement. We went over 3 times and could not get the tub to leak in the basement with normal b water levels. As the $ 300 was for his subfloor replacement which he agreed upon , it was all rotted out out and was not part of the contract . He did pay for that with no complaints until now , doesn't really make sense. You have to be truthful when you put a reputation on the line , we haven't been in business for 38 years for doing bad work . Some people you can't please.

County Remodeling is flexible and diverse in terms of what they can provide . Dave (owner) is willing to give well thought out input about your projects. This is the third home he has worked on for us. His workman are always polite and professional. We needed some of our work done within a very limited time frame, and County was able to accommodate us.I highly recommend County. the work is professional, and the pricing is reasonable.
Description of Work: A number of jobs...from reconfiguring the opening for a new wall oven, to removing a sliding door tub enclosure, to installing a new foyer fixture and new ceiling fans, to installing a new sliding glass patio door.
