Thomas replaced the hard drive in record time! I use Computer Depot all the time because they fix my computer in a timely fashion, charge "wallet friendly" fees and guarantee their work. I would recommend them to anyone!

The guys at Computer Depot were very friendly and called me with every major update on my laptop. Douglas managed to temporarily revive my laptop after it had been laying dead for a couple years, but it finally breathed its last breath. He gave me some recommendations on where to buy a new one and recycled it for me. Would go back if I have any more computer issues!

Thomas was very courteous and professional. I explained that we had a budget for fixing the computer given its age. He worked hard to stay within that budget and was very thorough in his work and careful with our data on the computer.

Service was performed within 24 hours. Tech explained issues involved and suggested ways to avoid future problems. The receipt I have shows a cost of $125.00. I think that was reduced to $80 due to Angie coupon, but this review is being written 5 months after the transaction, so I am not sure what I paid. $80 is a good price; $125, not so good.

After one week, they advised me that they couldn't fix the problem but if I wanted to try the fixes that I had seen on the internet, they might work, but they wouldn't try them because I used Windows XP. They will no longer work on any Windows XP systems as of 1/1/14, and told me that at least it only cost me $20 to find that out.

Tim [the owner] was very helpful, knowledgable, and courteous. Folders and files from an old desktop computer were transferred to a new laptop computer. Service was provided in their shop at a very reasonble price and in a timely manner.

It was quick and inexpensive. He was professional and knowledgeable.

It was very good. The gentleman was very upright and very straightforward. He gave me information I needed. He took care of me right away. He got me in and out in a timely manner. I got a message from him saying he could bring it over so I took it over and got it back 3 days later. I paid an additional $45 because he had to do some additional work. He gave me the hard drive that he discarded from the computer. I didn’t have any problems with the computer. He’s very knowledgeable and very courteous. I would recommend him to anybody that has any computer issues. He’s really a good guy. The pricing is very fair.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out really well. I paid an additional $60. I still have one ongoing issue that I'm not sure if it will take more work.

I called and talked with Tim regarding my computer not powering up. He asked that I bring it by and he would test it and let me know what the problem was and what it would cost to repair it. It took a couple of days but he was able to find the problem and fix it at a very reasonable cost. I would recommend him to anyone needing computer repairs.

They added more memory and cleanup up some viruses. This computer runs like it did when it was brand new. They got it fixed when they promised and for a good price. I will go back when I need more service or repairs.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fantastic. Everybody was very friendly there. I appreciated the service they provided. I paid more than the price for the Big Deal because I had them do a couple more things to it. They were extremely friendly and informative. The repair turned out great. I haven't had any issues.

Computer Depot actually performed the work twice (I had TWO dying laptops one right after another). The first time my ancient HP wouldn't even boot up anymore. Computer Depot looked to see if they could repair it and after discussing my options we agreed it was just time for a new one. There was no pressure to buy from them. They backed up my data on to their server with a destruction date if I didn't come back. I purchased a new Toshiba laptop and brought it in. They transferred the data and I was on my way a happy camper. One week later my new laptop's screen fried and I worked out receiving a new one - back to Computer Depot. They transferred my data again and reset the factory defaults on the first Toshiba so I could ship it back for my refund. They were all very professional and up front with costs, what they could and could not do and what I could expect and when. They were recommended to me and I recommend them to anyone who asks!

They explained to me what they would do, what the possible outcomes could be and what the cost would be, depending upon the outcome. The end result was not as bad as it could have been, and they were able to save all of my information. I have found them to be honest and dependable, never charging as much as they might have, even though I wouldn't have known the difference.

Very good response time. They fixed it very quickly. They are very very good. They're pricing is the best. I check with Best Buy with my computer and they were saying it would take 3 or 4 wks to fix and these guys fixed it within a day.
