+ -1 moreHad a nearly 25 year old roof that needed to be replaced. Comia not only had the lowest bid, but provided the most complete explanation of the types of roofing and the guarantees. Scott was extremely professional and was very patient in explaining all the facets of the roofing process. The job was done exactly as promised and in exactly the promised time frame. The roofers were extremely polite. They did a fantastic job of keeping the property clean both during the process and afterwards. The new roof is fantastic. I would highly recommend Comia for your roofing job.
Description of Work: Installed new architectural style roof; also installed leaf shield on 2nd floor gutters.
